25/11/2020 06:37 | maybe we will get some news of any work for BBI/Avacta ? | ![]() 9degrees
24/11/2020 21:48 | Yeah not sure why the marked it down 6%, thin volume... Maybe for change nothing has leaked about results and markets are not sure what will be revealed...not too good would be my guess | ![]() beeezzz
24/11/2020 11:24 | Hmmm, everything else flying but not this one - doesn't bode well | ![]() topnotch
23/11/2020 21:54 | Hopefully future earnings will be positive which should boost share price .. | ![]() beeezzz
23/11/2020 16:07 | Carclo plc expects to announce its results for the period ended 30 September 2020 at 7.00 am on Friday 27 November 2020. | ![]() topnotch
20/11/2020 10:02 | Almost 30% off it's recent highs now - and results next week as well! What's going on here? | ![]() topnotch
18/11/2020 19:24 | #Wigwammer, still makes me chuckle every time I see it... :o) on CARC, the rebuild is now underway with fresh leadership, a little unsettling holding through both the share suspensions, but a risk worth taking as I believed that a deal would be done with the bank and pension trustees, this is the first half years results for the transition post Wipac, it will not be great but it will be a good amount better than the last 1, underlying profits will be stronger from medical plastics with aerospace a little weaker before exceptional costs associated with the Wipac disposal.. A 2-3 year recovery share from 2020 with a target of many multiples of where we are now, H1 results next week... | laurence llewelyn binliner
18/11/2020 18:57 | Fair points, binliner. Great name btw. Still have all my shares from 6p, and added a few just above 19p. Looks like something may be stirring at avacta today. Fingers crossed we are involved somewhere in the new POC testing plans and lab capacity increases :) | ![]() wigwammer
18/11/2020 16:55 | #Wigwammer, frustrating is it not, but best to keep focused on the progress of the company rather than the share price currently, the volume is so thin it must be a PITA to try and make a market on the share.. Only a week until news for H1, and some post period comment for Oct/Nov.. :o) | laurence llewelyn binliner
18/11/2020 16:38 | Pity the people who have bought today at 18.5p. A totally false market. | ![]() wigwammer
18/11/2020 16:26 | Now they move the ask back up to 17.5p - again, on the back of no volume. It's a shambles for a company claiming to meet main market listing standards. | ![]() wigwammer
18/11/2020 16:16 | I'm scratching my head to work out how the price is working: No buys in the morning and it opens up 2p higher No sales in the afternoon and it drops 2p lower And as I type, the offer moves up 1p on a purchase of 5 (that's right, FIVE) shares | ![]() topnotch
18/11/2020 16:11 | So having sold shares all day at circa 18.5p ask, they now drop the ask to 16.6p on the back of no reported selling. For a stock with a main market listing, the market making is atrociously opaque and false. | ![]() wigwammer
18/11/2020 08:11 | Now ticked up to 18.55p BID on zero volume - well confused... | ![]() topnotch
17/11/2020 15:53 | Was the drop in share price to 16.50p BID simply to fill the 50K order @17.79p? | ![]() topnotch
17/11/2020 12:31 | The recent positive is that vaccination should mean the aerospace division can start moving forward over the next 12 months. Negative could be that the pension accounting deficit may rise from £37m last reported, to perhaps the £50m region as corp bond yields have fallen. Will find out soon enough.. | ![]() wigwammer
17/11/2020 12:30 | #Kron76, quite often news is sold into regardless of whether it is good/bad/indifferent I am not expecting a record H1 by any measure but we have now stemmed losses, turned the corner on growth/profits and started to rebuild the balance sheet after a very traumatic and loss making few years exposure to lighting.. | laurence llewelyn binliner
17/11/2020 11:44 | Top up opp? Often marvel at the pre results share price moves of companies being one way when the results actually go the other - seems to happen both ways so many times it's hard to read into. It did seem that both sentiment and numbers backing it up were on the up so would be very disapointing (although maybe not THAT surprising given it is carclo we're talking about..) if this doesnt continue on 27th! | ![]() kron76
17/11/2020 09:02 | Hmmmm, Results next week and there's nothing but sells | ![]() topnotch
13/11/2020 14:43 | Tbh it has felt like there is a biggish seller in the background since 6p. If it's the same seller - their decision hasn't proven very prescient so far. | ![]() wigwammer
13/11/2020 14:15 | There would appear to be a biggish seller floating around ahead of the numbers. | ![]() spooky
12/11/2020 16:34 | Carclo plc expects to announce its results for the period ended 30 September 2020 at 7.00 am on Friday 27 November 2020. | ![]() topnotch
30/10/2020 09:42 | The 2020 H1 update could land this week .. 13.11.2018 14.11.2017 2019 got lost in the Wipac divorce and I am hoping for 2020 we are back to normal for updates.. | laurence llewelyn binliner |
