13/2/2007 11:45 | That's an odd little B Trade. | bbd2
09/2/2007 11:50 | Hmm, looks like theres a little interest here. | malc5
08/2/2007 18:23 | always worth taking a punt - buying ahead of the anticipated rise | barbra2
08/2/2007 14:23 | I think it more likely that Prozone would reverse into CLY and as Knifton and Ransom already have links via Coms it provides some logic to the rumour in that they know each other and have already been involved in a reverse situation. I don't think the Coms cash issue is connnected to CLY or Prozone though, as the Coms business model is very different from Prozone. Welcome aboard though 2T | bbd2
08/2/2007 13:42 | prozone is ransoms company and rumour has it that it is looking to link up with / reverse into a quoted stock . caplay is asset rich - leo is a director . coms - leo is a director - as he was of azman he put them together - now coms has raised cash for expansion . why not put 'em all together ? i may of course be barking up the wrong tree! | 2trying
08/2/2007 13:32 | sorry i am still confused. Coms did a reverse takeover. Knifton is a director and Ransom a large shareholder. but what has Coms got to do with CLY or Knifton ? | sunnymonths
08/2/2007 13:24 | ermmm.....check out previous messages.... Leo is up to something ( imho of course! ) | 2trying
08/2/2007 13:17 | who are Coms plc ? and why should raising £685,000 by them benefit CLY ? | sunnymonths
08/2/2007 13:11 | well well well!! this just became irresistable....so just bought 200,000 at .475 (£969.75) why ? 'cos Coms plc just raised £685,000.... | 2trying
06/2/2007 16:16 | Well here is a little something for us to think about. There is already a connection between Knifton and Ransom. Check out Azman plc which became Coms plc via a reverse takeover last year. Knifton is a Director and Ransom a large shareholder. | bbd2
06/2/2007 16:13 | But if Simon knew anything he would be on here by now. | malc5
06/2/2007 16:12 | I really Don't know, its certainly a possibility, where did it originate from? | malc5
06/2/2007 15:42 | Unfortunately not. What do you think ? | bbd2
06/2/2007 15:07 | bbd2, Did you get anything back from Simon K? | malc5
05/2/2007 19:06 | agreeable - 5 Feb'07 - 16:46 - 2802 of 2806 i hear a rumour that a company called Prozone is being lined up to be reversed into this shell. Prozone owned by ex Man City player Ray Ransome provides football managers with stats on players eg distance run, passes etc. We shall see................. .................... They only thing lining up is a dust cart. | the skies the limit
05/2/2007 18:42 | A more business focused article: | bbd2
05/2/2007 17:43 | Their website "coming soon" : | bbd2
05/2/2007 17:37 | Sounds interesting. Will it make me as happy as Prozac would though ! lol | bbd2

31/1/2007 21:13 | Well someone picked up a million recently which was encouraging. The reason for the fall was simply down to the PVTM saga. If you scroll back to my posts at the beginning of November you will see from my research how Ramsden took us for a ride. Again with hindsight, credit to the CLY team (gosh that's hard to say)for not spending any more of our capital via the options. I have still not ruled out the possibility that Ramsden has not completely severed all links with us though. His "big idea" does seem to be coming together and he maybe looking for a suiatble vehicle in the UK to progress. Could Dematco (the uk private company swallowed up by Advanced Media Training) be looking for a UK listing via a cash shell ? | bbd2
31/1/2007 20:12 | Excellent reply bbd2 - thank you what's most important is that you didn't criticise so hopefully i'm right!! so....plan is to buy some ( not a lot - i'm only small ) take me 24/48 hours then i'll let a few mates in on the juice not to ramp ( they'd kill me !! ) off to pub - speak to you soon thanks again - you've cheered me up | 2trying
31/1/2007 19:47 | Well that is why I am also still here 2T, but King Leo is not impressing me at the moment and he seems to have lost his roar. If I am being honest I would accept that he has well and truly cleaned the shell but then one could also say that CLY should never have got involved with Ramsden in the first place. I hold a shed load of these and am patiently waiting for some action. Let's hope we get some real news in the interims this time and the Market Cap returns to where it should be and well beyond. | bbd2
31/1/2007 19:24 | hi bbd2 - i bought 100,000 of these in Oct '05 at 1.4 and i'm sorely tempted to buy some more to lower average.... because 1 / - their last results say cash holding just over £900,000 total assets less current liabilities £3,600,000 today's market capitalisation £950,000!!!!!! 2 / - all recent trades 99% sells but price doesn't go down so presumeably MMs are happily absorbing stock 3 / - heard nothing recently about Leo K - i know his aim in life is to make himself richer - but he can only do that if he maintains credibility within the market i reckon this is a gift - but i'm no expert ! all comments on above welcome - if i've got something wrong feel free to laugh/criticise..... | 2trying |
