Does anyone know or explain, what happens to any monies if CLY delists or folds?

Now theres a thought. If Textic have been playing hard ball with CLY over a TO price and CLY know they would struggle to repay the loan, this could be a smart move. However, £200K is not exactly high finance and if they can't raise it from other sources, perhaps Textic are too high a risk.

I suppose the big question is does cly need AIM to move forward with this project, if they need extra money then I would have thought the answer must be yes in todays climate.

Has confirmation news of the Textic buyout leeked or has someone finally looked at the numbers here and done a little research into what Textic could do to the internet in partnership with Microsoft, OR has Microsoft realised they can get Textic on the cheap by snapping up Cly ?

Well hopefully this is a new begining for Caplay and all the nause with Ramsden is well and truly in the past.

If CLY go ahead with the reverse takeover, this new technology could be very big indeed and with Paul Ayres at the helm, this has great potential to become a success.

For me the only question mark is with Leo Knifton's track record, but hopefully this will be the one he actually deliver's value to sharholders.

Very quiet on CLY. A long way off from the interim quotes

"Although the Board has yet to conclude any transactions, the Directors of the Company are confident that the second half of the current financial year will show progress."

"The Board is currently reviewing a number of potential opportunities and I look forward to reporting to shareholders on developments in the near future".

Meaning the Ramsden plot is going all right, at least in his eyes. The Ramsden plot being PTSP, Dematco, Atlantic and Cly etc. which are all linked. Question is does he have any plans for Cly or their PTSP holding and will Leo be smart enough to ensure Cly makes any money out of it. So far Leo has lost each time.

I suggest the reason the CLY price has not moved in response to the change in price of PTSP is that it is cheaper to own PTSP shares direct, rather than through CLY. CLY have 280m shares in issue and a principle asset of 7.229m PTSP shares (the only asset that seems to have any growth potential). It follows that about 39 CLY shares are equivalent to 1 PTSP share. 39 CLY shares are worth, say 17p (0.45p), but you can buy 1 PTSP share for 13.5p (? today's bid). This ignores the cash and other assets, nevertheless if you think PTSP has a big future then you are better off buying them direct.
