Dilemma - should I take this opportunity to offload my shares before (possibly) rns to say that the company knows of no reasons for the jump in share price?

Lyndus, I'm with you, I purchased at a highly inflated price compared when compared with todays and I've lost so much money I might as well "go for broke" and hope that something recoups.

I suggest the reason the CLY price has not moved in response to the change in price of PTSP is that it is cheaper to own PTSP shares direct, rather than through CLY. CLY have 280m shares in issue and a principle asset of 7.229m PTSP shares (the only asset that seems to have any growth potential). It follows that about 39 CLY shares are equivalent to 1 PTSP share. 39 CLY shares are worth, say 17p (0.45p), but you can buy 1 PTSP share for 13.5p (? today's bid). This ignores the cash and other assets, nevertheless if you think PTSP has a big future then you are better off buying them direct.

Agree it is a dump of a company but I would be afraid to sell at present because who knows what could happen. There has been some trading lately so perhaps it might be wiser just to hold.Looks like something is brewing.

PTSP now showing a mid price of 13.25 up from 3.25 only a few weeks ago. According to bbd2's calculations the value of CLY's stake will have increased by £722,000, yet there is still no increase in CLY's share price or even any trades for that matter.

In the past month I have not been able to get a firm quote to sell any more than 25,000 shares in CLY. Today I have a firm price of 0.4 p to sell 1m shares at one go. But I (foolishly?) held back from selling.

Cash burn is virtually nil and the Directors are not taking any Salary. We are a cash shell with an investment in PTSP.

From the Interims:

Following the restructuring of the Company, turnover in the Period was nil
(2006: #45,177). In order to minimise ongoing costs, the Directors have waived
any rights to remuneration and general overheads of the Company in the Period
were #45,305 (2006: #517,468).

bb - thanks for the correction, I had missed the 10 for 1

Do we have any idea on cash burn over the past 6 months?

btw - PTSP now 9.0/10.0 after 75k changed hands yesterday at 8.5p

Guys,

CLY held 722,900 shares in PVTM.

Upon listing on Plus each existing PVTM share was replaced by 10 new PTSP shares. This is the RNS -

Therefore, CLY now own 7,229,000 shares in PTSP.

The current value of these shares @ 9p = £650,610

Put another way each penny increase on the share price of PTSP = £72,290 for CLY
