03/7/2006 09:18 | From the PVTD Website: As announced on March 31, 2006 the Company filed its revised Form 10 with the SEC. The Company's stock is traded at present under Rule 144 of the SEC Code. Currently the majority of the Company's stock is restricted as to its saleability. The restriction on the sale of the Company's eligible stock will be lifted 90 days after the date on which the SEC declares the Company's recently filed Form 10 to be "effective". (See below for Effective Date Definition.) The Company will make an announcement as soon as it is informed by the SEC that the Form 10 has become effective. DEFINITION OF EFFECTIVE DATE When the Company filed its original Form 10 on December 12, 2005, all restricted shares were frozen as to restriction while the company remained in a filing and comment phase pertaining to its Form 10 application to become fully reporting. As the Company currently is making application to be admitted to listing on the American Stock Exchange ("AMEX") the Form 10 has technically been changed to a Form10-12b. In accordance with the SEC Code the "Effective Date" of the Form 10-12b will be when the AMEX notifies the SEC that they will be accepting the listing of the company's shares, and the SEC accepts the notification without objection. At this point a mandatory 90 day "hold" post effective date holding period continues on restricted shares. Upon expiration of the 90 day "hold" period, the restriction on eligible shares automatically is lifted and the shares become "free trading" after an opinion letter is obtained by the shareholder from a qualified SEC counsel. | bbd2

24/5/2006 21:58 | tiredoldbroker, rather selfless what you're doing, as I suspect that contrary to what I posted earlier some investors do not appreciate the position here. Incidentally, with a NMS of £500 (!) I did think of taking a punt at that level, but did not. This may be the only time ever that moral considerations have entered my stock activities. Only fair to say that you and I may have misjudged what is going on here. | grahamite2
24/5/2006 18:21 | Don't think a daily watch on PVTM tells you anything I haven't suggested above, but for what its worth, PVTM currently -27.8% at $5.05 on 7,500 shares traded. | tiredoldbroker
