Presumably sat on there hands with this just in case they lost the court case, a bit of a b*stard but maybe now we'l see things gathering pace.

"Rebuild shareholder value" sounds good.

Agree seems rather complicated but I think this is very good news. Money in the bank, increased holding in PVTD and still retain interest in PETS.

Would appreciate any accountants view of the announcement.

RB - Looked at trade page - got you now. Most odd. Must have got his finances wrong and found he couldn't pay for them. Expensive lesson that I doubt he will repeat .LOL
