From the PVTD web site:

"We are a corporation incorporated in Nevada, although we have operations in New York, Toronto, London England, and Geneva Switzerland".

I suppose the London operation is us and the Canadian Catalyst ?

I've been considering piling into that PVTD as there seems to be constant talk of upwards movement, where's the best place to wise up with my own research so I can work out if I think it will continue to rise after I pile in? ;p

All this talk of 3.5p doesnt do anything to make me feel better, considering I break even at just over 5p :(

Guys based on todays news reckon by my calculations these are worth 3.7p per share with each 10c in PVTD another 0.5p per share. Clearly someone is offloading shares, but that only makes them cheaper on a medium/ long term view. The 3.7p takes no account of the PVTD stake being offloaded and a reverse takeover job?

Only concern is that PVTD does not look cheap, based on indications from todays announcements.
