You've pretty much picked up on the storey, they've got about a couple of million from other sources and a slight concern about an ex director suing them, but thay believe they have funds to cover that eventuality (£230k). Allowing for options the Market Cap is about £4M, so still not expensive. My hope is that they sell the interest in PVTD following it's listing (October 2005?) paya nice dividend and we get a reverse takover valued at £25M! Buying less than 2p looks good value?

My calcs show the investment in PVTD to be worth around £4.5m. Have they got anything else worth adding to get to the NAV? Seems to be a pubt on whether PVTD shares will rise on going to a full NYSE listing and if they software takes off. Benefit is capped with a $1.4 buy back from Ramsden though.
