Have tried on-line pre open and you are right - takes forever - but when dealt by phone (more expensive) its pretty quick - took no more than a couple of minutes today

Presumably when you phone them up ? Everytime I place orders online premarket they take ages to go thru & I end up cancelling them.

I can't see the trades page at the moment, but from what you are saying, it sounds like a simple rollover by a T trader.
