12/1/2010 09:48 | "Investors dug into Land Securities yesterday after a broker talked up prospects for recovery in the commercial property market; Shares in the office developer topped the London risers board with a 19p gain to 683p after Goldman Sachs said rising demand for office space in Britain and Sweden could bring a strong rebound in prime office rents from 2011." | 1nf3rn0
12/1/2010 08:58 | over 40p today? | dnfa1975
12/1/2010 08:17 | Will be interesting if we get to 40p on the offer as we currently have a block of 150k shares sitting there (170k in total at 40p) | warmsun

11/1/2010 17:13 | Safe upside in this share. Might be boring compared with the spikes in the commodity/oil shares but at least its not to going to loose our shirts for us. When the commodity/oil party ends investors will likely chase shares like CAL and pay a premium. | nick rubens
11/1/2010 16:27 | Best day we're seen here in a while, I'd be quite happy with another 25% in the coming months. Even to get back to 40p would be welcome... ;0) | davius

09/1/2010 16:25 | any idea briefly what they say about CAL? | jeromeribot
09/1/2010 10:00 | Oh dear indeed! I only have a small holding currently - do I sell and wait for them to change their mind or brave it out and add on the dip that is now almost certain?? | q2u
08/1/2010 20:43 | It's a BUY in Investor's Chronicle today. Oh dear! Seriously, they look well placed given their double leverage. They had a rough time down, but are still leveraged strongly both in the funds and in the company balance sheet and so will start doing very well as prices bounce back. I'd like to see them get a new fund away to see things have really turned for them. | topvest
08/1/2010 18:01 | 40p? I hope this heads much higher. Open offer was a complete screw up. Piece of dung this share. | smurfy2001

08/1/2010 12:48 | I want it above 40p (not necessarily today!)...then I will start to believe we are in breakout territory. | warmsun
