This needs to be watched closely as well as there are no provisions:

"Following the cyber incident in March 2023 detailed in the Chief Executive
Officer’s Review, Capita has been working closely with all appropriate
regulatory authorities and with customers, suppliers and colleagues to notify
those affected and take any remaining necessary steps to address the incident.
At the date of approval of these condensed consolidated financial statements,
the Group has received no material claims in relation to the cyber incident.
At this stage, it is not possible to reliably estimate the value of any
potential or future claim or fine/penalty against the Group and no provision
has been recorded."

"In the FTSE 250, Capita lost 7.6%.The London-based provider of business process services on Friday said it swung to a statutory pretax loss of GBP67.9 million in the first half of 2023, from a GBP100,000 profit the previous year. Adjusted for items like business exits and amortisation, its pretax profit increased 34% to GBP33.1 million from GBP24.7 million.Capita said the reported loss was due to business exits, non-core portfolio goodwill impairment, and costs associated with a cyber attack in March which disrupted some clients' services. However Capita said that the incident only had a minimal impact on its growth momentum."

I made some decent money on Mite and Serco as recovery plays over the last couple of years so have been watching CPI.
The simple fact of the matter here is that the business is still bleeding cash so is not near its inflexion point yet. They probably need to be generating about £50M of positive free cash flow before they can consider paying a divi and that point still seems quite far away.
From a technical point of view, the current share price would mean automatic relegation from the FTSE at the end of the month.

165m if you ignore leases. 600m with leases. I think it's stupid to include life time leases obligations as "debt". only relevant in a liquidation, and even then they can be mitigated.
