04/8/2023 07:21 | market cap is just 400m. Net debt without lease obligations is c. 150m . This is a very low enterprise value for a company with 2.8 billion of revenue | dealy
04/8/2023 07:21 | Dealy, if CEOs can only do well in a good environment then why pay the the big bucks. CPI have under performed the wider market by any measure so they can't blame the environment. | feelthepain
04/8/2023 07:16 | Yes, JL spins everything - they are still going on about the cyber attack in a positive way and quoting 0.1% of the estate (very misleading), whereas the reality is that they have leaked millions of pensioners' personal information and black listed themselves from winning renewal tenders on many of their pension scheme clients. The £15-20m has now turned into £20-25m!...they haven't received the claims yet. The market agrees that the results are rubbish. Share price down again. | topvest
04/8/2023 07:15 | no justification for the stock to be at an all time low | dealy
04/8/2023 07:14 | See what I mean...could even be new lows today | russ1983
04/8/2023 07:13 | Bought few more today as price is down to lower my average. Waiting for bounce back and dust to be cleared. DYOR | dipa11
04/8/2023 07:12 | Has JL done anything more than sell off big chunks of the business that don't align to a 'vision' to deal with the debt? It cannot be spun as positive as far as I can see, they are trying to show him out gracefully to pretend all is ok...hopefully the new guy comes in with some positive spin around dividends, they're not letting JL take that credit! | dylanl2
04/8/2023 07:10 | Well the environment is extremely difficult | dealy
04/8/2023 07:10 | The share price speaks for itself and by the way I have 160k of these. | jsg123
04/8/2023 07:09 | Its not that the company is doing badly that bothers me, it's that every statement is positive and promises that they are on track and growth is accelerating and so on and so on. But we never quite get there. | feelthepain
04/8/2023 07:07 | JG see your spamming the LSE board too obvs don't like JL - jg68 | heatseek77
04/8/2023 07:05 | Normally upon reading the reports my first reaction is "not too bad". Then the share price drops. This time it looks bad from the outset, cant see much except lots of words trying to put a positive spin on the negative aspects. JL has been an utter disaster in my view and I cant see how any long term shareholder like myself can be happy. I have said before he over promises and under delivers. I don't believe he has transformed anything, he has just sold a lot of parts of the business so that debt has reduced(not as much as it should have). If you sell off business divisions but end up with less cash then there is something wrong. | feelthepain
04/8/2023 07:03 | Jag really ?? for a start they've included the 25m from cyber which will be covered off by insurance when paid up... | heatseek77
04/8/2023 06:51 | These results were awful, completely regressed, minus cashflow, loss, very poor | jsg123
04/8/2023 06:50 | Follow the cash - seems to be going the wrong way! "Pre-IFRS 16 net financial debt was £166.2m (31 December 2022: £84.9m) reflecting the free cash outflow and additional pension deficit payments of £15.6m triggered by prior-year Portfolio disposals." Net cash someway off. Free cash ouflow and pension payments on disposals. "Acceleration in financial performance" - really, positive or negative? No dividend. Still best avoided until the new CEO, stops the over optimistic flannel and kitchen sinks it in my view! | topvest
04/8/2023 06:47 | It will if u sell …. It won’t if u buy .. lol | gripfit
04/8/2023 06:44 | Alot of positivity here but it's been positive news for years and the share price will no doubt open down... | russ1983
04/8/2023 06:40 | DB exactly divis for aren't be all and end all, pleased have confirmation cyber costs will be off set by insurance and a further £40m cost savings in 2024 👍🏻 | heatseek77
04/8/2023 06:39 | Cost of cbyer incident included in results, Insurance cover not included. thast positive. | mikeew76
04/8/2023 06:34 | In actual fact positive , as it made them bolster security , and not really cost them much . | gripfit
04/8/2023 06:32 | So the whole cyber incident was mainly hot air … | gripfit
04/8/2023 06:30 | Prokartace - offset by anticipated insurance receipts | heatseek77
04/8/2023 06:29 | Jim divi mentioned as per DB post you can bet your bottom dollar happen before JL completely finishes up over next year | heatseek77 |
