It would appear the price action supports my nonsense view.

John Lewis said he would be making Capita more streamlined so nothing here is a suprise.
Maybe he should get on here for a few tips though.

Nonsense? Or a belief which conflicts with yours? We needed a catalyst to take us back to 20p. I wondered where that would come from?Flogging the Crown Jewels to pay off debt? That aught to to it.

VT - you are like a stuck record. It is very tiring and just fills my screen up with incessant nonsense. f you have no interest in this share then why are you here?

This looks very much like a fire sale. There will be nothing left for shareholders.

Current t/o is $1.3 billion for CMU so modest discount should achieve min of £750 million , all depends how well they negotiate , they let ESS go for bottom of valuation , the pressure is not so great to give it away now.

If we assume they sell CMU for around £800 million then yes debt will be back to zero , and they will have a company turning over around £2 billion and net profits of £200/250 million......Bingo.

Maybe they are planning to eliminate debt completely and then run a leaner, more profitable business. Even though interest rates are very low companies are trying to reduce debt because of the power that debt holders can exert on businesses.

Bloomberg has a nice article about Capita potentially selling their call centre business. Won't do any harm to the share price on Monday.. Should clear 40p so Onwards and upwards

That will be the sell at the top of the first spike.

Director are buying about 450-ish shares. That's a couple of hundred quid each. That shows real intent and confidence in the business model.

Have a great weekend everyone.

A lot of people have their original entries in the 40's and 50's, i think we will recover fairly quickly back to those levels , then onwards and upwards from there IMO....
