Same it wasn't a bit more, but it has indeed turned into a good investment for Capita. Debt hopefully around the £700 million mark now.

£295.50million plus another £45 million after a bit of paperwork completion , pretty good for an initial £10 million investment , well done Mr Lewis , now lets get the profits growing . Should be straight through 40p

thinking it will be lower than that, 400-500m I am thinking, but yes , with the ESS sale it will be at most 600m. they have turned CPI around, good times ahead.

Net debt will be 600m once the ESS proceeds come in. That is not excessive for a company doing 300m per month of revenue

Debt reduction/restructuring is the key , not much matters until that happens .

So the number crunchers are saying CPI has a fair value of 57p as we stand , and that does not include ess cash coming in , must rerate !

Agreed. But that whiff will be whiffed by factions other than private investors in advance. Well in advance. So far in advance in fact that we will see it coming a mile off.

There are no surprises in this game, just people who don't look.
