25/2/2021 07:46 | I make that around A$ 2.4 million net loss, anyone else got those figures as Kongats doesn’t seem to have reported net loss. | grahamwales
25/2/2021 07:05 | Meanwhile, this morning: Anthony Kongats, CEO of CAP-XX said: "We are delighted with both the progress of the Murata project and the strength of the underlying business, against the unprecedented background resulting from Covid-19. We enter the second half of the year with a strong order book and rising enquiry levels as we raise production levels at our newly installed manufacturing facility." | grabster
24/2/2021 16:06 | Ah Maurice the monkey has awoken. | grahamwales
24/2/2021 15:59 | F me the idiot has returned. You'd think he'd be too embarrassed after last time. | mauricemonkey
24/2/2021 12:40 | Klosters Your post doesn’t make any sense. I post opinions just like most other posters. | grahamwales
24/2/2021 12:30 | Grayhamwales, If the future of the company is so bad. Then why are you here? | klosters65
24/2/2021 10:46 | Also with regard to the patent infringement with Maxwell my guess is that they have already come up with an alternative, just have to look at the number of patents for Maxwell compared to Cap-xx. Nothing stands still in this business and Cap-xx have not filed for next patents in years. | grahamwales
24/2/2021 09:24 | Hope you lot not getting too excited about results. Going to be significant loss. | grahamwales
23/2/2021 16:47 | Had another email reminder of this upcoming event (3 March) involving CPX: | grabster
23/2/2021 14:54 | So do you suggest holding off till you can prove the 3p seller is out...how would you know? I hold some 3p shares but am not selling any. In fact I'm thinking of buying some more but the markets seem a bit rocky. As donald says it's very much about the tone and outlook and the timescale to becoming profitable. | meijiman
22/2/2021 22:05 | My be they let you know how many more 3p shares they have to sell. To you | goforgold1
22/2/2021 16:27 | Added a few today, results on Thursday, we know the figures but narrative should tell us about new contracts, court case possibly. | donald pond
21/2/2021 21:10 | I bought a few here the other day, will add upon any weakness, definitely a space to be over the next few years and one to hold, I regretted not buying ARM in the early days, especially given I am in the mobile telecoms business, we live and learn, missed the same opportunity when the Bluetooth technology came along, third time lucky I hope | drkhalidm
19/2/2021 14:04 | Any chartists out there? A pennant seems to be forming here a bullish one perhaps? | allstar4eva
19/2/2021 12:27 | See IC John Rosier good coverage | petewy
19/2/2021 10:36 | Too many 3p shared out there . To sell | goforgold1
19/2/2021 09:43 | Good morning I assume that those 11p trades are buys though I could not get that offer share price Selling though seems to be at 10.880p. | maytrees
18/2/2021 10:21 | Ford now says 'all electric' by 2030. Guess USA will be behind Europe in move to full electric due to big distances and cheap gas. | meijiman
18/2/2021 09:43 | There is a treasure trove of info in the public domain..not least on the cpx website! Picking up on some comments: one developing theme is the speed at which the car companies are moving to all electric. Think Jaguar mentioned 2025..another big company came up with 2026. It is perfectly possible to run a vehicle purely on supercaps but it requires frequent charging (albeit that charging takes no time at all). Working in tandem with batteries has to be the way to go. Maybe a 'merging' of the two technologies? | meijiman
18/2/2021 07:29 | Agreed Mat, I added more here yesterday morning and will add more if the price does not accelerate away before I release more funds from elsewhere. I got quite a few of these now, and can see a serious life changing scenario if the Maxwell case comes our way, but even if not I can see this going substantially higher just on what we already have. Good luck all... We wait with baited breath for a sniff of news from the court... | tradeforce
17/2/2021 21:48 | Likely too early to postulate but, given the case against Maxwell & therefore now Tesla, i do wonder how many of the global Auto OEM’s have now set a watching brief on the case. The definition, chemical make-up & manufacturing techniques employed in battery packs of EV’s is now blurring with same of Capacitors .... CAP-XX IP in this area is protected in the form of granted and already successfully defended patents. Major Auto OEM’s and those that wish to supply batteries to them are locked in a battle to find and commercialise the tech that enables a sub-5 minute battery re-charge time (time it takes to refill petrol tank). How interesting it might prove should that solution actually prove to be contained within, be already protected by, granted CAP_XX patent suite? Why did Elon Musk completely fail to deliver any substance / detail about the amazing new Tesla / Maxwell developed battery on “Battery Day” last year?? Surely could not be anything to do with a brewing Patent infringement case, could it?? One subsequently denied an action to dismiss by the judge. I really struggle to understand how anyone can hold these shares and NOT do the requisite research & therefore come to some reasonable conclusions as to just how valuable shares in this company will shortly prove to be ... If the Newlands are sellers, they are no more than ignorant second-hand car dealers imo but hey, quicker they are gone the better for all. | mattjos
17/2/2021 15:29 | mauricemonkey, absoltely agreed. So many small buys and sells means good returns for the brokers as well. CPX is supported by many major investors as well. | greek islander
17/2/2021 11:57 | That "churn" provides liquidity. Liquidity is a good thing, I don't get PIs fascination with complaining about sellers - at some point they have to sell and they'll want someone there to take them off their hands. | mauricemonkey
17/2/2021 11:20 | I believe many folk saw them as supportive shareholders who had heavily researched the potential here and were in for the long haul. In the event they turned out to be similar to the beer and cigarettes brigade on a bigger scale. One issue with Cpx has been too many private holders (rather than institutions) many of whom churn and trade for small gains so any larger holders were welcome. Anyway time to move on as you say. I can't see the shares ever going back below 10p..famous last words! | meijiman
17/2/2021 10:55 | I don't see why people are so concerned about Newlands, they are very wealthy, they took 10p profit, good for them, even that is very little for their accumulated fund. They took part in the fund raising so win win all round, they are in many pies and they can move on if they wish, i doubt them losing sleep,,banked profit when they see fit and onto something else, plenty of opportunities. We should focus on the matter in hand and that is cpx getting to profitability and winning contracts. Lets move on and see new cpx breaking into new markets. | browney1 |
