Rich

He said the same thing in June 20. So has the order book doubled again or is he just repeating himself.

They won’t have the Murata royalties to come next results and sounds like AVX are doing next to nothing.

I guess we can expect the revenue to jump when the order book is produced and sold to market. Sounds very positive, well spotted!

Just one other observation. From full year results.

Company sales order book as at 30 June 2020 more than double the value at the same time in the previous year.

Yet product revenue only increased 26%.

Adjusted EBITDA excludes patent infringement expenses. Er...CPX is a technology company, this is a normal cost of doing business. Terry Smith would not approve!

No surprises as flagged earlier in the month. Very solid though and good cash position.Looks like they are potentially sold out later in the year.

I make that around A$ 2.4 million net loss, anyone else got those figures as Kongats doesn’t seem to have reported net loss.

Meanwhile, this morning:

Anthony Kongats, CEO of CAP-XX said:

"We are delighted with both the progress of the Murata project and the strength of the underlying business, against the unprecedented background resulting from Covid-19. We enter the second half of the year with a strong order book and rising enquiry levels as we raise production levels at our newly installed manufacturing facility."

Your post doesn’t make any sense. I post opinions just like most other posters.

Also with regard to the patent infringement with Maxwell my guess is that they have already come up with an alternative, just have to look at the number of patents for Maxwell compared to Cap-xx. Nothing stands still in this business and Cap-xx have not filed for next patents in years.

So do you suggest holding off till you can prove the 3p seller is out...how would you know? I hold some 3p shares but am not selling any. In fact I'm thinking of buying some more but the markets seem a bit rocky. As donald says it's very much about the tone and outlook and the timescale to becoming profitable.

I bought a few here the other day, will add upon any weakness, definitely a space to be over the next few years and one to hold, I regretted not buying ARM in the early days, especially given I am in the mobile telecoms business, we live and learn, missed the same opportunity when the Bluetooth technology came along, third time lucky I hope
