14/6/2023 18:22 | Sadly Gold001 makes a point. If it isn't the anchor BH selling the bonds their recently converted bonds it's something gone awry. We know COPL behaviours and it leads us to think they can do it again. | edmundfitzgerald
14/6/2023 18:05 | I'm waiting for the consolidation and then we go again £20 down to £1 Rinse and repeat | strawberry alarm clock
14/6/2023 17:51 | I wonder what the share price was when i stopped bothering to argue with the loonies on Lse and telegram, probably 20s lol. | gold001
14/6/2023 17:38 | Would imagine somebody knows something that's how it works at copl, what have they done now? Missed more covenants? Arranged a new placing? Delays? We'll find out in a few weeks, maybe. | gold001
14/6/2023 15:58 | Probably doesn't fit exactly...however trades at the following. Are bondies dropping around a 1p pcm? 14th June 3.5 15th May 4.5 14th April 5.5 14th March 6.5 One strategy could be to do that down to 1.5p share price in August. A bondholder can do that of course...... prior to GGS improvements they take the cash interest element in shares (at a low 5 day vwap)then sell into volume/ a higher share price that improved bopd performance from GGS has made. (Margins on those cash payments) I think they got this with Arthur not so much fell of his share as totally flumoxed by folks 50 times smarter than a antiquated oiler. | edmundfitzgerald
14/6/2023 15:56 | This willBe sub 1pDuring this yearIt's done | johnjames876
14/6/2023 15:46 | If it isnt a scam they sure do a good job of making it look like one. Let's hope not. He will be behind bars with a queue to make his the prison cutie. | edmundfitzgerald
14/6/2023 14:55 | game over there was never any long term talks about jv just the bod stringing this along to make sure they get there fat piggy pay for no results is this a full time scam?!!! | jammytass
14/6/2023 14:15 | The 2s will consolidate to £20 then the fall starts again from there The bond holders have 100s of millions to dump | strawberry alarm clock
14/6/2023 14:05 | Really does look like we could see the 2s , if so will that be the bottom ?? | 9naz
14/6/2023 13:54 | Cyprusbiker Posts: 415 Price: 3.625 No Opinion RE: NDAToday 09:44 Morning AGH. Make no mistake , the majority of whingers on this board are the the same ones who were pumping and ramping the tts off it pre Atomic days. ——- So there you have it, Cyprusbike is calling anyone that is unhappy about seeing their shares fall nearly 90% a whinger Nuf said | strawberry alarm clock
14/6/2023 13:47 | I remember when shaa was calling the bottom in the 20s LOLZ | strawberry alarm clock
14/6/2023 13:45 | 500,000 sold for 3.25 That is the funniest thing I’ve seen in ages | strawberry alarm clock
14/6/2023 09:23 | The LSE bedwetters crying that it’s all buys and the share price gone down Then 1,500,000 sell gets printed I love laughing at those thick losers | strawberry alarm clock
14/6/2023 08:38 | The thickos on the LSE board blaming shorters for the fall Yeah cos you really are gonna short at 3.5p They are too thick to understand the incredible deal the bondholders were given - it’s free money | strawberry alarm clock
14/6/2023 08:37 | Yep, pretty blatant whoever is selling and I think it's likely the main anchor bondholder, as they were last to convert, want to sell their bit quickly. | edmundfitzgerald
14/6/2023 08:32 | Down another 6.5% today That was sooooo obvious | strawberry alarm clock
14/6/2023 08:31 | All those idiots on LSE that were predicting the share price to rise are too thick to understand what a terrible financing deal it was | strawberry alarm clock
13/6/2023 20:45 | Pretty soon the PI is going to need evidence the JV is real and it isn't for a car share. | edmundfitzgerald
13/6/2023 20:43 | You bought a bond for 160k. Copl have paid all the legal fees( 1.5m in total) You can convert and sell that bond tomorrow for 132k. Copl pays for that conversion fee. You have 28k unrecovered capital at risk, at some point you can trigger cash payments for another $160k. You can cash the bond element and you can wait for copl to ask for more tap bonds and you can do it again. | edmundfitzgerald
13/6/2023 20:30 | It can go up....but it hasn't finished dropping. The main bondholders are converting and likely selling. The mug punter is aware of some of the scam behaviours of those in charge. The deceitful ramper is all outta juice and exposed if not hiding. The bondholder and possibly AN other is sellin. Without news the 2-3p range is coming before the end of June. | edmundfitzgerald |
