Could you kindly correct Eazy on LSE on his lies about well permitting
BLM manage Fed leases and Wyo manage State leases.
Much of what BLM does align with state practice. Wyoming state must adhere to national nepa guides

What is 100% untrue

"We have permission for an unlimited amount of wells on our land by the BLM…the permits for each well however are given out by someone else…"

THE BLM, WHOM CONTROL FED LEASES ADHERE TO WYOMING STATE SPACING RULES. THEY DONT JUST ALLOW UNLIMITED WELLS.

If you are a bondholder and you convert a bond at a fixed 6.75p conversion price, do you want to sell the 2.4m shares at a higher share price or lower sp?

LSE tried to compare 20% of bonds being converted to 20% of bond debt from $85m being recovered.

This is another lie. Converting a bond recovers $200k from the debt pile of $85m, it doesn't remove the cash interest component.

They don't understand that the interest is payable for full term, on any converted or unconverted bond. The interest just accrues mildly differently once converted.

A little less digging holes in sand and gormless gazing into the Bristol channel is perhaps needed so they can stop calling accurate information lies.
