It's actually not nice to see the latest bullied person. That fast food person. He makes some valid points and in the background Tiburn told a bareface lie about how much free cash is available, but there they are all. All toxic and nasty little twerps.

Understanding the difference between CCUS and C02 EOR should be the rampers lesson for the next week.

Understanding the rigorous demands of CCUS, the multi level permits, the risks, the indeed who gets the benefits.
Rampers simply don't understand tax deductibles of course. Lil tip....you need to make profit. Off you run your insane three year old baserite. Even the pond scum turns its nose up.

$7m in bonds is likely IMO. In exchange for $5.6m cash.

35 bonds, 85m shares in convertibles and $5.6m in cash payments(also possibly convertible), $1.3m in bonus payments.

Do the the bonds get rebased to a new price if more get added. Do warrants geet rebased with more added? No idea.

hxxps://www.blm.gov/programs/energy-and-minerals/oil-and-gas/operations-and-production

some information on permits to drill for fed leases from blm and how you applyu for a permit to drill and regulatory requirement required from the blm for those APDS.

Once a leaseholder, operator, or designated agent identifies an oil and gas deposit on a Federal lease, they can file an application for permit to drill (APD). The BLM posts these APDs on its 30 Day Federal Public Posting Report Page. The BLM governs the APD process under Onshore Order #1 and its 2017 amendment, which is codified under 43 CFR ยง3160.

The BLM cannot approve an APD until the operator meets the requirements of certain laws and regulations, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the National Historic Preservation Act, and the Endangered Species Act. Upon receiving an APD, BLM typically conducts an onsite inspection with surface and/or mineral estate owners, resource specialists, the operator, and when applicable, other Surface Management Agencies (or SMAs, such as states, tribal representatives, or other Federal agencies like the USDA Forest Service). After completing these inspections, the BLM, together with any other relevant SMAs, conducts a NEPA analysis, and then approves, approves with modifications, denies, or defers action on the application. Deferred action or denials can occur because the operator fails to provide all the necessary information or due to severe resource concerns. The BLM and other SMAs may add Conditions of Approval to the APD to protect site-specific resources. An approved APD is valid for two years or until the lease expires, whichever occurs first, but the BLM may grant a two-year extension to allow the operator more time to drill.

This does need sustained improvement, Tiburn stating MONTH on MONTH improvements will now happen totally misses the point.
Who even knows that as a fact? Total guess work from a poster who has form for being uninformed.

He also states they have all the kit for GGS, when that was neither especially questioned nor especially confirmed. He doesn't know so he makes it up.
IMO View as people as this as those who would sell a granny double glazing they don't need, adjust your shady character rating to personal preference.

It's quite clear that all the work now is prep for GGS installation and opening the choke which they hope allows the gas to flow with the oil, without pressuring at casing or tubing. Nothing happens until that is complete and injection increases.
It is probably quite clear that the JV or production aside the share price drifts down.

What no one is especially sure of is what production value has post GGS.
As the company are aiming for multiple phases of improvements with a LT target of 5k bopd it's also BS that this phase(1A) hits 4500 bopd as other rampers purport.

Some great inquiries from DougB.
TRIGGER WARNING: as one reply from AM is purportedly put forward, to paraphrase 'what do you expect us to do'? One answer could be not to tell investors production is higher that it is OR not to suggest production is a simple fix like a bit of plumbing, amongst other bluffs.

Shaa Tiburn Panama and Shouston are traders, this is going nowhere until they can show a sustained break even, before which time they will neeed to raise more money, question is at what price, I think that is what the market is waiting for .

Tiburn...."successfully completed its US$14.8 million convertible bond financing on March 24, 2023"

Phase 1 of the GGS was $4.5m , critical path

Leaving perhaps c $5-7million of funds"

Deliberate misleading again. They raised $14.8m at a 20% discount meaning the took $11.8m in from bondies.

So no they don't have $9.5m to $12.5m left from $11.8m. (After a $4.5m spend)

Not even a nice try.
