lol - reason i couldn't get a real one is i'm not in the flat over christmas week, so couldn't look after it. Also no means to dispose / plant it after christmas (top floor flat).

Why not buy a real tree (make sure it's slightly smaller than your artificial one, or cut it back a bit) and hide it behind the artificial one?

Why not buy some of those cheap £1 pine air freshners that look like xmas trees anyway. That way you can hang them as decorations as well :-)

I have just bought an artificial christmas tree, and it's just not christmassy enough without that Christmas tree scent you get from a real tree.

Clearly I need some kind of scented spray I can spray on, but I just can't seem to find a shop that sells such a thing.

Anyone know where I can buy one?
