Missed the after-hours report RNS the other day (Friday). Cash return may be sooner than hoped, and can't come soon enough with the way expenses & currency translation has marauded the NAV, as well as the loan interest to Gyllenhamer.

it looks they will delist and liquidate. good value here - they made huge write offs - too much probably - before delisting - for some gains to be had by selling at the profit - after delisting-

they even got a lawyer on the board lately - not a businessman or biologist or ...
meaning - corporate not business - delisting and selling the assets

any similar investments here in London???? woodlands, trees, .. at good value?
