On the shareholder question, the very low declared institutional (or indeed significant shareholder) holding is one of the peculiarities of byotrol. My numbers (which may not be correct or up-to-date) based on annual report and subsequent declarations are:

5.6% Amati Global Investors
4.1% Newlands
4.1% Lim Teck Lee Investments
3.4% Tonex Holdings
3.2% Bottomley
3.1% Silvester
3.1% What If! Holdings

For a combined holding of 3%+ shareholders of only 27%.

I expect 2h sales to be slower than 1h, but well above last year - I.e. still significant yoy growth.I expect continued profitability.I expect an update on the royalties which in the medium term could be massive.I expect an update on seaweed which in the medium term could be massive.I expect the update to support a share price north of 10p

The CDC in the USA has updated its guidance on catching Covid-19 from surfaces

Well worth a read as risk is reduced to 1 in 10,000

Note CDC comments re surface disinfectants

buywell expects the CDC will now update their guidance on the real cause of Covid-19

Aerosol transmission

Which then will carry through to air disinfection by UVC UVGI and Far-UVC

1gw,
"There's no forecast in that post, stt, certainly not $17m."

Yes, there is.

'£12m product sales (annual based on Mar-May run rate)'
plus for each 'royalty/minimum guaranteed payment' per '£ m'(£million)

Total would be £17m

You're clearly expecting £12m for product sales...

Or are you now saying sales slowed down as I stated...
;-)

There's no forecast in that post, stt, certainly not £17m.

But it was intended to highlight the strength of the portfolio going forward, and I think it still stands up.

Since then, the prospects for both Americas byotrol24 and Solvay royalty have improved I think as we have seen TW rolling out the retail product and Solvay launching its Actizone products.

1gw,

With the TU due this month, do you think they will achieve £17m (£12m product sales + Royalty/min payment guarantees) for this year?.

Especially as they only increased global consumer sales for H1 by £590k during the biggest pandemic to hit the world...

1gw14 May '20 - 17:37 - 5918 of 5960
Just as a reminder of the building blocks for this year:

£12m product sales (annual based on Mar-May run rate)
£ m royalty/minimum guaranteed payment Americas byotrol24
£ m royalty/minimum guaranteed payment SC Johnson Invirtu
£ m royalty/minimum guaranteed payment Tristel/Cache
£ m royalty/minimum guaranteed payment Solvay Actizone
£ m royalty Tristel new formulation (+ any increase in actizone supply sales over Apr-May rate)

Now some of the £m may be £k this year, but it seems to me byotrol is putting together an impressive portfolio of licence deals. And even so you could argue it is only just getting started: how many more deals can it do like the Tristel/Cache one to license non-core technologies to companies whose products are under regulatory threat? how many more geographies could it license byotrol24 in? can it license Invirtu in various geographies, or will meaningful royalties come in from the US red cross deal if Advanced Hygienics can find funding for marketing and production?
