They are STILL SEEKING a partner after months of trying...
Why aren't partners scrambling to partner with Byot???

The trial at Target ends this week..

Read the company newsflow..

HUGE OPPORTUNITY MISSED

" In the US, we continue to seek a partner for Byotrol24 and are now engaged in a number of early-stage discussions. As this process continues we are reducing marketing spend linked to the Target retail trial and are now expecting the in-store trial to lapse at the end of March 2020. We hope to be in an alternative relationship with a better risk/reward profile by this time."

Missed opportunity during the early stages of the outbreak.

Have a look at their sales after swine flu..

Sales increased from £0.38m to £1.99m. Similar to today.

They then had placings following the swine flu..

Also what happened to all those partnerships following the Swine pandamic.

"The significant increase in sales is in part due to the concern regarding swine flu; however it can also be attributed to a greater appreciation of the qualities, efficacy and broad applications of Byotrol. "
"We remain confident of the prospects for Byotrol "

Distributors & Parners

" Healthcare through our relationship with Synergy Health plc in Europe and through distributors in the US
* Food and beverage, both through distributors and direct sales
* Consumer products through our joint venture, Byotrol Consumer Products Ltd. "

Revenues & Cash - placings

"with revenues increasing to GBP1,995,375 from GBP387,852 in the same period last year, albeit that some of the increase has related to concerns about swine flu."
"cash equivalents and receivables of GBP3,527,232 (2008:GBP1,537,820), partly as a result of the fund raising undertaken in Autumn 2008. "

yet, despite the huge increase in sales, they still had placings after Swine Flu outbreak...

Rivaldo,

Thank you for your concern.

I'm posting company statements from their rns and how they have performed, the challenges they face etc...

It's odd that the rampers don't want to discuss any of the challenges...

btw, we have both posted on the same thread before, I've always used the same id..
How about you?

Things are looking (even more) exciting now we’ve had some confirmation of delivery.

First, really good to see delivery of a deal by end-year. And actually it is 2 deals with Tristel, with further monetization of Actizone as what looks like a slow-burner with high potential, and immediate out-licensing of a technology to bring Tristel Cache products into compliance with the BPR regulation.

Then the forward order book starts to quantify the immediate future. If the forward order book is now £1.7m to end-June vs normal £0.35m AND there are “many more orders still being processed” it would seem maybe a £2.0m order book for calendar 2Q at 31st March wouldn’t be unreasonable and that unconstrained potential would be much higher. So order book at end-March for the following quarter around 6 times higher than normal. Does that feed through to £36m annual revenue run-rate given FY20 revenue forecast from finnCap is £6m? Or are they reaching capacity with the forward order book for the quarter and so the potential for growing the quarter’s sales further in-quarter as they might normally do is then limited? And if demand stays high and they can unblock the supply chain constraints then presumably full-year potential could be even higher?

No mention of byotrol24 specifically in the RNS, but finnCap speculate in their morning note and loafofbread’s comment was intriguing – and fits with the byotrol24 home page change with the text around working to make the product available to “everyone̶1;. So that really could be a further game-changer.

This morning’s release does talk about delivering longer-term supply contracts and licenses, so there may be further deals to come on non-core technologies in addition to anything on byotrol24 or further Actizone licensing. I would also hope one consequence of today’s Actizone announcement is that Solvay might look to get some supply deals under its belt rather than leave the field to byotrol/Tristel for too long – which might then get Solvay royalty coming in above the minimum guaranteed level.

At the more mundane level we can expect delivery of Medimark deal synergies in FY21 and the relaunch of the integrated company.

What we really need perhaps to light the blue touch paper is byotrol’s more detailed post-close update and an accompanying finnCap update setting out FY21 (and beyond?) expectations.

No advice intended (and errors excepted).

Stt, please take this in the right way as it's meant with respect and concern.

There is more to life than continually posting on a particular stock thread all day long - and at night - when you don't even hold the stock. I've watched you do this for months now and, not having come across you before, it's one of the more extreme cases I've seen in 18 years of posting on ADVFN.

At the moment in particular there are more important things to worry about. Do you have family or friends? Get out in the garden and take a break!

You have every right to post of course. And negative posts every so often, which concentrate on the facts, are welcome and a good reminder for holders to think again.

But really, take a look at your posting history. A rational person would take a big step back.

I'm guessing this post will probably have no effect at all. Anyway, good luck and keep safe.

This is the most interesting news:Firm orders currently sit at GBP1.7m for deliveries to end of June, with many more orders still being processed. Which means more news in the pipe line.

Diageo donating 2m litres of alcohol to Byot's rivals...
Official WHO/CDC advise is to use alcohol based sanitiser, Byot's isn't so their rivals will benefit..

Diageo to donate up to two million litres of alcohol to manufacturers

"Diageo is donating up to two million litres of alcohol to manufacturers in order to enable the creation of more than eight million bottles of hand sanitiser to help frontline healthcare workers around the world fighting the Covid-19 outbreak.

The leading distiller will provide Grain Neutral Spirit (GNS), a 96% ethyl alcohol used primarily in production of vodka and gin, to enable the production of more than eight million 250ml bottles of hand sanitiser in countries including the UK, Italy, the USA, Brazil, Kenya, India and Australia.

The spirit will be made available in supply chains according to local circumstances, working with relevant authorities and hand sanitiser manufactures, in order to ensure the donation is used for maximum impact in protecting health workers and patients."
