Fair points. Difficult to gauge " an offer you can`t refuse" at the moment.

I guess from byotrol's point of view there's a correct order to do things in. Difficult for a buyer to pay a multiple of the current share price so if the ultimate goal is sale of the company then manage the dealflow and newsflow to grow the shareprice ahead of any attempt to actually sell the company. For example, the playbook might read something like:

o Establish positive ebitda on a standalone basis to show they can do it by themselves
o Outlicense some non-core technology to show potential from this activity
o Outlicense / partner some core technology (byotrol24) to wow the market
o Sell the company

And it might still be optimal to leave a fair bit of time between steps 3 and 4, so that the market can see the licensing/partnering deals and underlying demand come through in the financials.

In terms of mcap and potential.

Finncap didn't increase their target price after yesterday's update.

In their update yesterday, Finncap left their target price at 7p, which hasn't changed in nearly 2 years...

no change to target price despite the Tristal update..

I suspect this will gain momentum towards high single digit share price as the announcement from yesterday is digested and more people become aware. It's off the radar.

Loaf,

I know from your and your mates posts on trmr/rthm that you have a habit of making things up..
Notice the TRMR share price initially rose but has been dropping since you and 1gw posted last week. Pump and dump...

So do you have a link showing where there is a bidding war in US?

Instead of getting their accounts qualified, they've changed auditors...

Very questionable move, isn't it?

The shares were suspended last Sept, weren't they?.

"The Directors have made every effort to resolve this matter to our auditorâ„¢s satisfaction, without success. Whilst it may have been possible eventually to obtain a suitable response, the length of time this may have required was indeterminate, and the Board took the decision that the interests of shareholders were best served by publishing the accounts with the consequential qualified audit opinion but resulting in the lifting in the suspension from trading on AIM. Since the year end we have transferred over £86,000 of the aggregate amount from the bank concerned to another commercial bank and intend to transfer the balance shortly"

From the Times' market report this morning:

"Cleaning spray times it right

A pair of disinfectant makers cleaned up after coming together to develop a new long-lasting cleaning spray.

Byotrol, which supplies cleaning sprays and wipes to dentists, vets and doctors, and Tristel, whose products are used in NHS hospitals, have made a surface disinfectant that lasts for up to eight hours.

“With what’s happened in the past few months, [the technology] has become a much more compelling and relevant proposition than we ever could have thought possible,” Paul Swinney, chief executive of Tristel, said. He described the new spray as like a “nuclear bomb”, in that Tristel’s technology kills all germs within a few seconds, while Byotrol’s formulation slows bacteria from coming back.

In a separate update, Byotrol confirmed that it had seen “huge demand” for its sprays, for which it has already taken orders worth £1.7 million.

To put that into context, usually it has agreed to ship sprays worth only about £350,000 by this point in the year."

I agree with this. I don't think it's really on the radar of most investors yet. They don't do a lot of PR. The comments on the US are interesting and it could be prett big depending on what is agreed., especially if someone with big pockets,

I believe the licensing agreement with Tristel is a game changer. They must have been very impressed with what they saw with BYOT as they are seeing unprecedented demand for their own products. Why waste time otherwise?Tristel is an absolute quality Company with already massive distribution channels.

Finncaps take on our new deal 'product will be unique worldwide' and selling into more than 40 countries.

A number of further licence deals in the pipeline.

Turns out there is a bit of a bidding war for Byotrol24 stateside. Might not be Target after all. Pretty sure that account manager won't be kept on!

Multi years of research and development behind us and now time to reap the rewards as more and more companies purchase our IP and Cv knowhow.

An amazing chance for us, before the crowd do the maths and get involved.
