yaf, That was very informative post...lol The tie ups following Swine flu were also a positive move... what happened.. Byot had an increase in sales but still they needed a placings... Also what happened to all those partnerships following the Swine pandamic.. "The significant increase in sales is in part due to the concern regarding swine flu; however it can also be attributed to a greater appreciation of the qualities, efficacy and broad applications of Byotrol. " "We remain confident of the prospects for Byotrol " Distributors & Parners " Healthcare through our relationship with Synergy Health plc in Europe and through distributors in the US * Food and beverage, both through distributors and direct sales * Consumer products through our joint venture, Byotrol Consumer Products Ltd. " Revenues & Cash - placings "with revenues increasing to GBP1,995,375 from GBP387,852 in the same period last year, albeit that some of the increase has related to concerns about swine flu." "cash equivalents and receivables of GBP3,527,232 (2008:GBP1,537,820), partly as a result of the fund raising undertaken in Autumn 2008. " https://uk.advfn.com/stock-market/london/byotrol-BYOT/share-news/Interim-Results/40388101 Yet they still had placings after Swine Flu outbreak... 29-08-15 .. £1.4m 25-06-14 .. £1.25m 25-06-13 .. £0.50m 21-10-11 .. £2.46m

Overall am very happy with the announcements today and welcome share price move. If I had to summarise my views:- cash position protected as company has moved into profit.- new major distribution agreement where one of the motives f the partners was clearly strategic,- massive order book and lots more waiting.- new auditor so we can put the mess of the aim suspension (on cash reconciliation which has been fully disclosed) behind us.

"Circumstances have changed." Similar to swine flu outbreak.. Their sales spiked but they didn't follow through... and still had placings.. Still seeking new partner after several months... Still don't supply to any UK supermarkets.. What's happened to Boots listing? I said sales will spike but they have huge missed opportunities because they weren't ready. AS EXPECTED...

Wonder why none of the rampers don't want to discuss the facts... They're pumping/dumping... ORDERS increased to £1.7m from £0.35mover 6 months to end of June.. as it includes 3 months post fy... Still seeking partners... Accounts still not qualified, so they change auditor!! Major red flag... All as expected... Yet mcap £20m!!!!

Finncap reiterates 7p target. They haven't upped their target, a target they have maintained for nearly 2 yrs.. Given the current newsflow, you would have expected them to up their target, would you? Finncap. https://www.finncap.com/our-services

Last May when the share price was lower: 1) Byot were close to signing a 2nd national retailer 2) Byot had the Tesco contract which served them well 3) No one was expecting any accounting irregularities 4) Trial at Target extended to more sites and was expecting even more. etc Now the share price is higher but: 1) 2nd national retailer NEVER SIGNED, WHY? 2) Byot LOST the TESCO CONTRACT, no replacement announced 3) ACCOUNTS NOT QUALIFIED 4) appointed an agency (costing money) in US and STILL seeking partnerships 5) Trial at Target ENDS THIS WEEK but so far not rolled out to all stores.. etc etc The share price is now significantly higher based on HOPE and without any of those issues, which caused the share price to fall, being resolved.

Arcadian, Byot initial patent was around 25yrs ago. They listed around 15yrs... Despite Swine flu, which also saw sales spike, no one has taken them over. They are still seeking partners. They lost the Tesco contract.. In 15 yrs, why haven't companies been scrambling to take them over???

Given the market caps I`m surprised that Tristel just didn`t take them over.

This happens on every share that 1gw and his mates with their multiple id pumps... small trades to entice people in and then they sells... Skindle Posts: 756 Price: 224.00 No Opinion 1GW_Wed 19:07 Our esteemed co investor has an uncanny ability to judge the right moments to buy shares in STU and the right moments to sell. I take my hat off to you. Could you let me know please when we can next expect an uplift.

Yes, reply to Fiona seems at odds to Boots seemingly delisting their product.. do you believe Boots website or an email supposedly from the company? No longer listed: https://www.boots.com/boots-anti-viral-hand-foam%E2%80%93200-ml-10231389 Reply to Fiona Reply from BYOT Dear Fiona, Many thanks for your enquiry, our hand sanitisers are sold by Boots (Boots Anti Viral Hand Foam) and by various professional distribution partners.

Byotrol's results to 31 March 2020 are now expected to exceed the guidance given at the time of our interim results, where we confirmed our expectations of positive EBITDA for the full year.We will update the market in more detail after year end, together with further commentary on the order book for the first quarter in the new financial year, which at present is looking substantial and continues to grow.We are also focussing on delivering longer-term supply contracts and licenses, such as the deal announced with Tristel plc this morning, which is an excellent opportunity for the Company. The outlook for financial year 31 March 2021 is already looking encouraging.

Reply to Fiona Reply from BYOTDear Fiona,Many thanks for your enquiry, our hand sanitisers are sold by Boots (Boots Anti Viral Hand Foam) and by various professional distribution partners. We have a number of partners who sell online and one does list our INVIRTU hand sanitisers on Amazon but as you can imagine they sell out extremely quickly. We are working incredibly hard to replenish stock levels as fast as possible but given the current situation it is impossible for me to tell consumers who has stock of our products at any given time.Kind regards, Jane Kiely Sales & Marketing Director - Pet & Vet DivisionM: +44 (0) 7720 248 403T: +44 (0) 1925 742 000E: jkiely@byotrol.comL: linkedin.com/in/jane-kiely-0a95b120

Sikh, you are embittered or a dolt-leaning towards the latter. Accept your losses and buy or move on-hard times for lots of people tbh.
