2mln cash and now cash making. So no risk of capital raising means number of shares is a given. C.50% profit margin, so seems to me very cheap indeed given growth.

They are still seeking new partners..

No news on US partnerships...hasn't the agency they have appointed found anyone...

It's also encouraging to read Tristel's own announcement this morning about the deal.

A couple of extracts which reveal the size of the opportunity for the tiny BYOT as against the size of TSTL's reach and strength with 35 international distributors:



"Tristel will manufacture all the products deriving from the formulations, whilst Byotrol will supply the ACTIZONE material. Byotrol will receive payments from Tristel based upon volumes manufactured and product sales. Tristel will be responsible for branding and global sales and marketing through its thirteen subsidiaries and 35 international distributors."

They only increased their orders by 5x compared to 10x i was quoting..to £1.7m..
And that increase includes orders to end of June, so 3 months post yr end.

They DO have supply chain issues as expected..

Missed opportunity...

it seems like the increase sales is already in the price..

A double whammy of a superb trading update combined with a terrific new product supply agreement with Tristel.

I wonder if this will be a precursor to Tristel's eventual acquisition of BYOT?

Anyway, extremely smooth sailing here summed up by the CEO:

looks like orders and revenues minimum 5x greater than normal (without new partnership with Tristel) with economies of scale bottom line should be 10 x better which gives a current share price of 30p ish - but add tristel to that and obvious massive increase as production ramps up, we should see £s soon.

A 200ml bottle normally costs £5.19, buy one get one 1/2 price, so average £3.89 per bottle...
Selling at £22 and charging £2.99 for postage as well!!!
