Govn are fast tracking supplies of sanitiser from distilleries - don't need authorisation providing they meet WHO formulation requirements.
These are then given FREE to health service...

BYOT's sanitisers are not alcohol based

"Hand sanitisers that don’t contain alcohol

This guidance relates to alcohol-based hand sanitisers.

Other active substances are available but Public Health England has advised that hand sanitisers should have 60% or higher alcohol content to be effective against the COVID-19 virus."

Look at the trades, several smaller buys followed by larger sells..

Someone is rotating the trades to push share price higher so they can reduce their holding....

All of which will tempt someone to buy it now that the heavy lifting has been done.

This company has spent £25M+ over the last 10 years to get itself to this position.

We now have a suite of products/IP/patents ready for the next 10 years.

We are now signing multi product/country deals on 10 year terms.

Very rare to be in at the beginning of such a journey.

Buy and hold and forget as W Buffet once said.

Arcadian,

No. I expect full DD will show that Byot's accounts last yr were not qualified, putting people off..

Instead of getting their accounts qualified, they've changed auditors...

Very questionable move, isn't it?

The shares were suspended last Sept, weren't they?.

"The Directors have made every effort to resolve this matter to our auditorâ„;¢s satisfaction, without success. Whilst it may have been possible eventually to obtain a suitable response, the length of time this may have required was indeterminate, and the Board took the decision that the interests of shareholders were best served by publishing the accounts with the consequential qualified audit opinion but resulting in the lifting in the suspension from trading on AIM. Since the year end we have transferred over £86,000 of the aggregate amount from the bank concerned to another commercial bank and intend to transfer the balance shortly"

If its in the price... why does the price keep on going up in a stock market that is collapsing.....

Surely in this brave new world someone will buy the company and its know how and
provide any necessary cash for development.

Melody,

The Tristel deal isn't new, it was announced in the AR months ago, so was already in the price...
It was, however, late to launch...

" One such transaction has been completed post year end with Tristel plc, for a surface sanitising product that combines their best-in-class chlorine dioxide chemistry, with our long-lasting germ-killing technology; we expect this product to be launched in late 2019. "

Sikh may be right. But product demand will be high for the forseeable, and the Tristel relationship will get the company noticed. Happy to pay up for that.

And why wouldn't it look strong given the company and industry newsflow?

Given the lack of cash, there's likely to be a placing soon....

I think it explains the significant number of 'sells' over several trades...
Question is how deeply discounted a placing will be...

Best read the company/industry newsflow than believe posters, who are heavily under water...

They increased their orders for the stated period from £0.35m to £1.7m. The period includes Q4, which finishes this week and Q1 of next year. It's very likely that Covid-19 will be under control/vaccine within the next year.

The increase in orders in the short term is about 5x.

The share price has already increased around 3.5x since the outbreak started.

The company broker, Finncap, has maintained their target price, despite the TU. Their TP has been 7p for nearly 2 yrs.

Therefore, I think any expected increase in sales is already in the price.

Just so you are aware a few minutes before my post I +1 a couple of the worthwhile posts and the online shop link.

It took less than 5 minutes for Sikh to spam his own posts onto the list and remove anything helpful.

Unfortunately CV19 is not going to suddenly go away. We are going to have to adjust to a new way of thinking when it comes to our personal infection control for a long time to come.Companies will have a new duty of care and so it goes on. Since I sent out that link over 14 friends have ordered reasonable substantial amounts.

Looking back to the TU numbers and 1GW numbers, even if we did £20M this year and moved to the same rating as Tristel we would be 25p by year end. Thats just using a less than bullish reading of our current run rate.

Throw in the new deals that are on their way this year! You get the idea.

New investors might be looking at this and thinking they have missed out but imho this is just the start of a very profitable climb.
