Still waiting on Corrado1 to appear. Conspicuous by his absence since 3.38pm

Great point I missed on first read: We also intend that in terms of management representation, at least the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") will join the board in due course.

Finally BUR do something sensible and begin to address the key issues. Good that they wrap it up as listening to shareholders.

All they now need to do is get the accounting issues sorted, but I guess they can use the excuse of new CFO needs to bed in, but it really needs to be done by independent accountants and be a full reconstruction from first principles and there is no reason why the commitment to do that could not be announced now. The continuing influence of Liz is a negative, she should have resigned with dignity.

So the key question all shareholders should be demanding an answer to now is "What was the other Napo case in 2013 which was booked as complete in 2013 accounts?"

Anyone know where SK went? Been quiet for an hour.

Do you think the RNS caught her by surprise and she is rushing to close her position?

The notion of $BUR appointing Mr. Kilman as CFO will substantively improve governance is a farce. It is clear that BUR is more interested in imposing fig leaves than guardrails. Mr. Kilman was BUR’s banker at MS. 1/2

$BUR investors should have a CFO from the outside who is untainted by BUR’s conduct to date. Given the complexity of BUR’s accounting, should be an accountant who has demonstrated a strong commitment to ethics. Investment bankers don’t often qualify on that front. 2/2

What else would you expect MW to say. Whomever they appoint, MW would moan about it.

jake, yeh intention to go for LSE Main Market in event of no US listing.

Do I hear "3 cheers for Muddy Waters" from shareholders delighted with the company's new proposed governance structure?

Henchard you conveniently left out: "If we determine that there is an insuperable challenge with achieving a US listing, then we intend to pursue a premium listing on the LSE Main Market."

Definitely a development in the right direction, and shareholders have MW to thank for spurring the move towards a more acceptable corporate governance structure. It remains to be seen whether BUR's intention of listing on the NYSE or NASDAQ proves successful or whether, as it cautions, it meets "an insuperable challenge with achieving a US listing." It also remains to be seen whether, after the initial euphoria over today's RNS, the 15.8-million-dollar Napo question remains a drag on a sustained recovery.

It seems that the new CFO is a temporary one It can easily take 12 months to get a new CFO - far better to do this - even if not the perfect CFO

Nothing from SK since the RNS?

All that effort these past days - for what?

The share price gang are no doubt working on a new strategy ready for tomorrow.
