The notion of $BUR appointing Mr. Kilman as CFO will substantively improve governance is a farce. It is clear that BUR is more interested in imposing fig leaves than guardrails. Mr. Kilman was BUR’s banker at MS. 1/2

$BUR investors should have a CFO from the outside who is untainted by BUR’s conduct to date. Given the complexity of BUR’s accounting, should be an accountant who has demonstrated a strong commitment to ethics. Investment bankers don’t often qualify on that front. 2/2

Just bought back in again but a smaller level. Will look to top up next week depending on reaction. I'm impressed they have dealt with the 3 most important points I emailed them about last week. They have been listening to us.

Some damage has been done ..that being said..I think 1200 is a fair price..I hope more than that..but I am being conservative and taking market conditions on board..

bob, I buy with pure hard earned cash. Don't do margin, or shorts, that is a slight lie, I do sometimes short index's DOW and FTSE 100 as a hedge, i go short in summer months and long from October time through for Christmas rally. But I am in and out I'd that makes sense dipping in and out, I dont hold for months. In fact mostly I barely hold for a week before closing positions.But I have never shorted a share.

I love shorters being burned.......I bet a few are panicking! Well it is clear from the price action they are. As I said tomorrow morning on the open will probably be the funniest time...

So BUR get governance sorted, and possible US listing in near term...it was near £16 before the short attack.....so IMO and I bought shares to be clear, why should it not get somewhere near that as it appears to be shooting down the short attack points one by one? DYOR
