The suggestion that Burford is "arguably insolvent" is baseless. Presumably, the reason "arguably" is inserted is because Muddy Waters knows they would lose a lawsuit if they accused Burford of insolvency, and they know they can't support such a claim.along with "mark to market like Enron" in TV interviewscum..

I am realistic I call it at 825.5 to go down they are now 800.50 take the money and run as I did to not be greedy sell sell it has been a great day for all.

Well it was at £17 per share prior to the shorting attack. Could still do 100% from these levels to get back where it was. Gutted that I sold most for 570 this morning making an easy 20%

Bought at 425p yesterday and sold at 845p just now. Any views on where it might end the week as I still hold a few £K worth.
