Well you have to decide. Watched interview with Carson. One case doesn't make a company failure. This is ridiculous report. It's all hypothetical and they don't know the facts unless there has been insider disclosures. I'm in

I wonder how much of this Aim stuff is actually investable. The governance in the UK so poor, in fact even main indexes, look at Enrc, a ftse 100 company based in Kazakstan or gods knows where that shafted its shareholders....im sticking to Shell and Microsoft. I almose bought this cxxp a few days ago. Madness.

I wonder actually whether Burford will find themselves being sued by people like the SWF for misrepresentation and non-disclosure of material facts or circumstances.

Institutions want out at any price. AIM trackers selling too. Bonds now trading at 13-15% yield with curiously short dated ones providing best yield (suggesting people just want out and don't care about price

750 will be reached tomorrow. You've heard it here first.

Below 400 after the Bloomberg interview at 3pm is now quite possible.

A bit earlier than anticipated. Bit of a bounce off 400 I reckon then a drop towards to 350 later
