What nuclear strategy? Most of the nuclear plans have been mothballed and even if they aren't it would take years to get them up and running. The UK doesn't have the infrastructure to support large scale electrical demand either.

Bargain? Lol.

This will go down to 150. Won't return to 200 again. Will be a few years for return 180 after the drop.

Oil prices dropped by nearly 2 percent early on Friday as the U.S. reported a second consecutive day of record coronavirus cases, while the counting in the presidential election continued.https://t.co/7L0mDnpaYZ

I agree under £2 is a great buy, done some quite a bit of research on BP. I appreciate the amount of debt, but this company generates some serious amount of cash. Made my first purchase the other day at £1.895, hoping I have the bottom after waiting many weeks before buying, waited for some heavy volume days which happened the last few days of October. Today there is another big volume day which is positive so in my opinion I would buy if you can get it below £2. It is now showing sellers are exhusted so barring any really bad news I think the bottom is in for the year.

I saw this today. Maybe could be used in aeroplanes but we would require nose clips.

Is this a consultation time untill another push up or is it stalling for new lows time will tell ..you might miss the boat .. or you might catch a falling knife ???? I think buying under 2 quid is a safe bet for future profit....

Once the company sets the record date, the ex-dividend date is set based on stock exchange rules. The ex-dividend date for stocks is usually set one business day before the record date. If you purchase a stock on its ex-dividend date or after, you will not receive the next dividend payment.

Sorry Crazi but you're a day out.

Ex-dividend date for ordinary shareholders and ADS holders 5-Nov-20
Record date for 3Q 20 interim dividend 6-Nov-20

Today is really the Ex Div. You had to be holding at yesterdays close to get recorded at opening today...
