Oil is at it highest price since March lows and we are way off BP best price since lockdown. Says it all. Next week when the vaccine get emergency approval there will be more booms up to the next level. The city knows this . Bp will be floating around the 300-320 levels

The European Central Bank hinted last month at further monetary stimulus before the year ends.
Speaking Wednesday, Lagarde suggested the central bank is likely to cut borrowing costs for banks further, as well as adjusting its pandemic-related asset purchase program.
