BP PLC is nearing a deal to sell its headquarters in London to a Hong Kong company, Bloomberg reported, citing unidentified sources.

-- A group backed by Lifestyle International Holdings Ltd.--a department-store operator controlled by Thomas Lau, the brother of Hong Kong billionaire Joseph Lau--has offered around 235 million pounds ($305 million) for the office building, Bloomberg reported.

I think I detected a slight note of desperation in your post. If you are going to indulge in rash purchases I suggest you do as Penycae has done and obtain a 'whipping boy'. That's a general term, Pencae has a monkey.

It maybe that you have a deep seated desire for failure so that you can take the whipping boy role yourself.......each to his own.

Still high season on the mainland.

Just announcing to the world that I decided to add some more here, finally. No logic whatsoever, other than it looks like the Stuka shape of the chart is ripe for a medium term pull-up. And not bought too many more - just felt I had to do something at some point. Bit of an old economy spread this morning - LGEN, this and GLEN. Just seemed a good idea at the time, Your Honour.

I'm really not sure what the next move is - come back in 6 months, I think.


(Needless to say, it started heading down after my transaction at 207...)
