Hello bracke. EZJ could well breach the magic £10.00 as there are one or two Broker downgrades, as well as some heavy (disclosed) short positions. I've been trading the airlines since Brexit. My last EZJ entry was at 1031. and I'm still holding. I think a floor might be in around these levels. There was a bid rumour at £16-00, but make of that what you will.
I'm holding EZJ, IAG and SPD (honest!) as value plays.

I have been looking at EZJ. The trend is still down. Are you looking for it to test 990 or even 970?

USD/Yen getting hammered. City boys shorting the quality brickies.
Might take a larjwun here when the planets line up, but EZJ is the preferred trading share at the moment.

If it is serious about moving up it has to break and hold above the last major swing high at 52.70. Anything less and the probability is that it will drop back.

I consider that there are three targets:

1 Reach the green ML

If that is achieved.

2 Move up to the magenta line which has been resistance on two previous occasions.

and if it does that

3 Go for 52.70.

All of that is a big ask in the current climate.

If you look at a live chart you will see that the share price has dropped back to test the green ML, that is par for the course. Will it hold!

If it rises above 440 it would still have the green UP to deal with but if it reaches the green UP it would be churlish not to carry on and test 464.

It will do well if it rises above 440. That zone has given problems in previous years.

As you can see the fib has been cleared......with a gap, what else!

It has risen above the red UP and is approaching the green ML. If it reaches the green ML it is decision time, to proceed or not, probability is approx 50%.

It is likely that some who read the above paragraph will think it is a load of twaddle, so be it but you should consider the resistance zone marked by the upper magenta line.

Carry trade looking poorly. Looks like Mr.Market anticipates a hold on rates. Might be a good time to go long on cable.
BP looking good for a few points up, but the trade would have to be a larjwun. Not sure I'd want to take it.
