22/7/2015 09:04 | Optomistic - I find time as I'm only down the mines 6 days a week these days! :-) I'm tempted to add some SSE on it's weakness - ex dividend tomorrow @61.8p. | skinny
22/7/2015 09:02 | Near 6.5% yield. Bargain prices for an ISA. I've been adding on a regular basis but reckon 385p would be a great add. | smurfy2001
21/7/2015 17:13 | Skinny...I am indeed. I like the quantity of the fruits and veg I can grow just with that extra effort. I do not know how you manage to keep an allotment with all the information that you post on these boards...you have two very consuming jobs :-) | optomistic
21/7/2015 15:29 | Never thought of you as being "impulsive" optomistic. The share price has managed to cling onto 414 (last swing low) but only just and it does not look convincing. | bracke
21/7/2015 15:27 | Opto - just the one off topic post - I hadn't realised that you too were an allotmenteer! | skinny
21/7/2015 14:24 | Good afternoon bracke, it appears that BP is now at a critical price level (414) My impulsive purchase is now costing 6p/share. I did want to be in well before the results in case of a boost before the event...the other way is seems was to be the order of the day! However I have been involved many times in BP and usually there is a way out from an underwater position, but I was hoping not to go there this time. Dividend of course is always very helpful to cheer things up so just hoping from here it isn't reduced this time. | optomistic
21/7/2015 10:19 | As Tina would say.. What's oil got to do , got to do with it..... (daily oil chart above) | smartypants
21/7/2015 09:43 | Nothing to do with the oil price at multi month lows then. | essentialinvestor
21/7/2015 08:51 | bots bots bots | smartypants
21/7/2015 08:28 | And the logic of the market is ????? | smartypants

20/7/2015 20:52 | Those lines got me all in a bother...nice decoration though... | diku
20/7/2015 18:54 | ...bracke he said he was the manager, I question that and he said well a manager...LOL I gave up on him then but he was no more a manager than a fly! A usual up her, yes, I am in Yorkshire, a queue of about twenty and two tills open...surely they can't be a serious contender to the 'majors' Do you have the same problems getting out of the shop? I remember a lot of time ago we had a quicksave locally and after a big buy I was the last in a long queue at the only till...I just left the loaded trolley and left the store. Never went in again! | optomistic
20/7/2015 17:52 | Yup there were a few too many lines for me as well :-/ Had a good day working in the allotment today to catch up exercise wise after all the time spent screen watching! Called at a Lidl store on the way home to get a bottle or two of a Perry they do @85p (reduced to) I did the same last week and after we sorted out the price as it said 85p on the shelf yet 95p on the bill, went happy...today exactly the same 85p on the shelf 95p on the bill...manager..scru Is this how Lidl make their money? anyway nowt to do wi BP but just had to have a shart abart it :-) | optomistic
20/7/2015 17:38 | Good day optomistic I couldn't resist the temptation t'was all them lines what done it. I expect most will understand 'Mumerset' the BBC use it regularly. | bracke
20/7/2015 17:34 | Good afternoon bracke, been away from home all day today...good to see your humour. I can understand your 'dialect' but some I think will have a problem :-)) | optomistic
20/7/2015 16:39 | So...close of play.. What looks like a lot of meaningless lines..are 3 lines with a corasponding parallel line..which creates a tranche..a trend with its own boundry..all of which control where and how far the share price is allowed to move.. Yes all may appear t be b sh.t but it is information..you see it or you don't..but it is there find it and use it | smartypants
20/7/2015 15:08 | Here tracking and showing three trading programs (negative) over 15..5..and 2 days ..I will post one at close see if I am correct | smartypants
20/7/2015 14:54 | It constantly boggles my brain..that the idiots dont seem to understand.. If the have a trading program that reacts to share price movements ..those share price movements are a result of other multiple trading programs that are all reacting to the same movements.... Then they wont stop till the "person" who started the program tells it to stop ?? They all look on wondering why the share price or the DOW..FTSE is tumbling for no apparent reason..that is the reason..programs reacting to programs !! | smartypants
20/7/2015 14:36 | Are our Yanky buddies going to wipe off another 4p as they have done every afternoon for the last 5 days ??? What a scam ! | smartypants
