Only about 8 years ago the target was similar if you move the dot , like 164. Now look at us , rock bottom and listening to some muppets supporting long lost Kevin and trying to put the final nail in. Things can only get better or end now , I’m hoping for the first.

Thanks Warbaby, hope they say something that gives us hope as it looks like we are heading to 4p very soon. Only 40p to break even for me so nothing to worry about!!

It is, kbrook, a very odd e mail address with no .co before the uk but it does work as I have received an acknowledgement.

Meanwhile, full marks to Our Eli for making himself available when the share price has just suffered such a reverse.

Herewith kbrook the response:

"In regards to the email address to register for the call I don’t know why people are saying it doesn’t work. It is correct as I use it all the time to email Ollie who works at or PR agency.

It is OMills@celicourt.uk"

I am also advised that those who have registered will get an acknowledgement.

As to my having received no hard copy of the AR, perfectly valid reason for that and that has now been sorted out by the ever impeccable and efficient Anne-Marie.

I sent an e mail this morning but have received no acknowledgement and seeing your post kbrook, have now contacted BLVN - I will keep you posted on the reply.

Incidentally, as yet have also not received the hard copy of the AR requested - anyone else experiencing the same problem?

I presume everybody has received the message about the conference call. The email supplied for listening to the call appears not to be valid, has anybody else tried to send an email?

Yes gark, like you I have a lot and probably too many but I'll be standing pat rather than topping up.

As for a broker's 98p in the words of John W Henry, "What are they smoking down there?" 98p equates to £320m or, in industry money, $416m - bonkers!!!

PS, let's hope NUFC my predictions for BLVN turn out better than those for Merseyside derby games

PJJ, the risks are the risks are the risks - simple.
Now you've been clearer in that you would be willing to take a "punt" on a lower share price backed by potential asset valuation as you feel you would get this money back if liquidated.
Why do you think it will be liquidated at that exact point in time when these assets can be monetised - isn't there a risk the BOD could do a "Kevin" and string it along as a "lifestyle"?
Just wondering like...

I see some are still trying to hurt the company as revenge for poor old Kevin. He has gone , move on.

the cash pile minus cash burn minus liquidation fees would in my estimation would see a return of about 1.7 to shareholders on a wind up.... so factoring in trading fees i would have a punt at 1.64 but not any higher given the risks...

Don’t think some understand if we get lower than 3 , then there’s no company left worth investing in

And there was me following the BBC line that there was no animosity between Liverpool and Everton! A city united in adversity.
I dare say you’re right regarding the team mentality. Last seasons run in bordered on the unreal. To pick yourself up and start again must take some doing, though a champions league medal would help temper the grief.
Let’s hope Bowleven turn out to be a champion investment

How many do you hold? I have a lot and I am thinking of buying a lot more as I think we get to development and if you take it all the way through the derisked NAV is 98p according to the brokers.

Still holding gark and recalling the old, old saying that the market never reacts it only ever over reacts and I sure think there is an element of that here not helped by another direly worded RNS. Am not sure either that some of the stuff in the AR actually needed to be there.

What the Report does make clear though is that a huge amount of work has been and is being done to carry through to FDP and then FID and I believe that the strong balance of probability is that a decision on development will be got to this year even with the multiple parties involved, given the amount of meetings and communications there will have already been.

Incidentally, as I recall, there is an indication in the AR that the composition of the Board is to remain as is, and given that, I'm not sure that too much too injurious to shareholder interests can be done given that there there is presently no independent director, though I stand to be corrected by someone more familiar with AIM rules.
