23/11/2016 13:08 | I have already, voted against all resolutions. | gark
23/11/2016 12:52 | I think I will make an effort to vote with my handful of shares for change at the top too. | cyan
23/11/2016 11:59 | Slip I always stayed faithful to KH but due to a lack of even basic internal cost management and the refusal to slim down by removing 2 gravy train NED's and refusing point blank to discuss an offer that would have given back some value back to the shareholders, i would cast that particular vote against that ONE resolution and have fresh blood such as a particular New Age Director taking over the helm. He DID pull off a master stroke in selling down Etinde before the market drop in asset value (maybe lucky, maybe intuitive) but yes i agree with you on that. | le_commissaire
23/11/2016 11:02 | Le Com The three stooges from CO never turned under their own steam they have been invited to the party by at least one of the institutions, who facilitated them building a 13% stake in double quick time. The action certainly panicked KH into announcing a share buyback something he had always quoted in the past, that buybacks didn't work and only had a limited effect over a short period of time. I agree with you that CO will not TO BOW and I have no knowledge of where we go from here, but if the stake building is purely to take a profit on the share price rise, then we are going to need some good news to build a platform under the current share price, otherwise there will be an awful lot of selling taking place. Le COM it is very hard to make a case for KH with some of the decisions he has made in the past and he can make money disappear faster than Dinamo so we must be coming to a stage where even the institutions have had enough. We need a change of management or a change of ownership. | slipanchor3
23/11/2016 09:00 | Slip The other II's will not vote against the current board members, exec or non-exec as they will be aware who the 3 stooges are from CO and their shall we say "colourful and eventful (-) backgrounds", and nor should any pi, even if CO can muster the correct requisitions. As i said before, CO are not in the business of TO's. That is not their aim so any thoughts of slipping in NED's to walk up the board plank has no substance. I still have my stock and even though i agree with the removal of 2 of the NED's leaving Tracy in tact, the option of the proposed NED's is in my own opinion, a non starter. We may as well vote in a Monaco based Priest and a guy who makes rubber bands, hmmm, what made me think of that comparison. | le_commissaire
22/11/2016 19:01 | Is KH now regretting he never let the three NED's go, he is going to have a few sleepless nights between now and the AGM, knowing that his own head and that of D. Clarkson's is now on the block, with a 13 % vote against them, just for starters. If the beneficiaries of CO 13% and 1or 2 of the institutions vote with them, I'm afraid KH will have to pull more than a rabbit out of the hat. | slipanchor3
22/11/2016 12:43 | Taken over at a ludicrous low price.thats what I meant | lawrence23

21/11/2016 18:22 | With COC buying and Treasury buying where are all the shares coming from...gap up to 30p?? | bengal1
21/11/2016 16:25 | No sh*t! WE all would like that but why would they? They will sit, wait and watch KH remove all the value and then pick us up from the administrators. They can see there is a clown in charge - suits their needs perfectly WH | watfordhornet
21/11/2016 15:12 | Wish Tullow or some such would buy us. They seem to know how to do offshore. | ifthecapfits
21/11/2016 08:55 | 120p a share for that dog ? LOL You must be joking !!! | ihavenoclue
19/11/2016 14:36 | You own VOG? Bowleven should get the entire management to resign and do nothing apart from earn interest and get New Age to drill Etinde or buy us out. Hart had achieved precisely nothing in his time at this company and needs to be forced out! | gark
19/11/2016 13:16 | Bowleven should make a 120p share offer for VOG | deanroberthunt

18/11/2016 15:27 | My overriding concern is (there are a few regards the BOD) out of an act of desperation to keep snouts in the trough will KH with his position now threatened go on a spending spree and over pay either by means of cash or equity. I would like to see the back of him for good before he blows the cash and destroys shareholder value altogether. If Etinde is delayed the share price will most probably tank, and with no revenue from Bomono for a minimum of 12 months at best,....you get the picture. Kevin do us all a favour and F'K OFF! If you don't,... pleeeeease COC/LUK/NA makes us an offer us long suffering shareholders can't refuse. | roubini paulio
18/11/2016 13:40 | I will do the same.. Kev, please resign. | bengal1 |
