Nice to see Crown Ocean have acquired another 2% since August. Looking forward to see where that holding end up eventually? New Age/Lukoil to go Hostile sometime before announcing Etinde Drill date? I hope not but we shall see....

Just to confirm the website www.gogogcompanyltd.com is in no way connected to Bowleven. We have not given permission for our images and/or wording to be used. We are taking the appropriate action by contacting the relevant authorities to ask that the offending website be closed down and will monitor the position.

Once again thank you for your email. Sadly this type of activity is prevalent across the Oil & Gas industry.

I don't know if NewAge has an office in Cameroon, but Bowleven's office is in Douala, Littoral Region.

As for GOGOG it came up on a google search and i'm as confused as anyone. I'm sure it's a hoax but why would anyone go to all that trouble and create that website and for what reason.
I have emailed Bowleven, i'll let you know their reply.

Bowleven Cameroon Ltd was incorporated in Jan 2016 with 100 shares owned wholly by the Directors...just checked on Companies House website..there is no mention of GOGOG LTD...why a new incorporation..??

The principle reason was the high cost of development and the falling oil price environment. There is a billion barrel resource at Sapele but in this environment, it wasn't cost effect. As regards geology, read the Sproule report on the subject.

BLVN ended up relinquishing the license.

I assume in relinquishing they have first refusal on taking it up again and as a result of owning the propriety data.
