I trade this heap of dung day in day out, only way to make money, never been over 1% to the best of my knowledge.

In fact I sold out completely recently 25-28p but now back in.

The CEO imo clearly an incompetent boss not qualified to run a PLC, going by BLVN's share price performance. May be a 'nice' guy but too many intelligent, high flyers out there (you just needed to be of average to capitalize on cash BLVN had at height of POO collapse with opportunities that abounded) but clearly it wasn't there and thus the frustration and attempt by investors to change the BOD. aimo

Interesting that in the RNS they issued they only make reference to direct equity holding off 7.79% and exclude the equity swap providing another 5.27% of voting rights. They are now under pressure and warning served. Hope this leads somewhere.

IMO

I couldn't care less how well those current 3 Non-Ex's CV read, this company has massacred share holder value, I believe they are all muppets and treat shareholders with contempt,... as if it is their personal Miss Piggy Bank.

I hold just shy of 1% of the shares and would happily back COC.
We need a shareholder revolt to oust the Establishment more commonly known as Lifestyle Directors.

Bring on the Kevexit.

The Resolutions which COC sought to requisition, proposed that three existing Non-Executive Directors, John Martin, Tim Sullivan and Philip Tracy, be removed as directors of the Company and that Breht McConville, Titus Gebel and Matt McDonald be appointed as directors of the Company.

The Board believes that both the individual and combined skill-set, experience and contribution of the existing independent Non-Executive Directors (whose biographies have been provided below) is of the highest calibre and relevance to the nature of Bowleven's business. The information provided by COC with the requisitions in respect of the proposed new directors is set out below.

It is strange garking31. I can only think they are still in a closed period i.e hold sensitive information such as an acquisition!? Just my thoughts, as seems very strange.
