I just voted against all resolutions at the next AGM. If Crown does the same and we have other PIs joining this will force an EGM and some change in the board.

I agree; there needs to be a drastic cut in overheads starting in the board room.
If RKH can buy in some value producing assets to cover their G & A, I see no reason why BLVN can not too.
Sitting on their hands is not a corporate strategy I like.

For exactly much longer are we going to tolerate the profligacy of the board, specifically in terms of remuneration? The constant drain of cash has to cease.

At the very least do not approve the relevant motions on your nominee's voting service.

I personally find Kev's stipend totally gratuitous, not one single bean of revenue yet apart from the Lukoil deal and NO penalties for the total loss of Mhlp5 and 6!

Being 25% down on a medium scale investment is not a good place to be.

Looks to be a bit of a mini revolution going on in AIM. BOR has similar cash that is same as market cap with silly salaries, BLVN under pressure here. If these rebel shareholders get in here, it could kick off a few hostile takeovers. Here's hoping.

If that is the case he needs to put pen to paper a bit more often, and keep us better informed.

cyan you're most likely in the correct ballpark

afaiu they pay a membership fee annually and it costs a miniscule amount in the big scheme of things , not something anyone should be concerned about

I thought RNS were about 90 quid, not thousands. I stand to be corrected.

Hornet, This process is not being administered by BLVN directly, its by their appointed bankers who IIRC are Macquarie, so the day to day purchase of shares will not be done by Kevin Hart using TA!

"Yesterday's share purchases possibly interrupted by BOW being in possession of furthersensitive information, the cost of the RNS would exceed the price of the shares."Maybe above Or we have a bunch of muppets in charge who are happy spending a few grand on an RNS. Not my money mentalityUnfortunately I know which one I think it is

Yesterday's share purchases possibly interrupted by BOW being in possession of further
sensitive information, the cost of the RNS would exceed the price of the shares.
More discussions taking place me thinks.

A concern must be, though, that if CO don't get their way, they sell and walk.

But where did they get it from. Surely another institution must have been willing to sellWill we get an RNS - is this not covered by last one.Sorry - catching up a little.

If we get a holding RNS from COC tomorrow i think the gloves are off and its a battle to the end.

Trades of that magnitude, whether they be swaps or sells, seem to indicate that the Institutions are taking up positions.

Takeovers and turning companies around is the business COC specialise in, so one would assume they know what they are doing and will have plans AB&C to cover all eventualities depending on what they want to achieve as an end result

COC didn't know the 5.27% equity swap does not carry any voting rights until they are exercised(properly paid for), and they want to run our company.

Probably COC pulling all their shares together to mount another challenge to instate their own NED's.
