25/7/2023 08:28 | Agreed Tomboy. You have to keep following these things once delisted.... There's normally a liquidator's report after a few months giving his view on possible outcome. | eezymunny
25/7/2023 08:14 | I would add - UNLESS YOU CHASE IT UP SOMETIMES YOUR SHARES ARE NOT RETURNED - I wrote that in bold because I only got the return from news from a fellow investor on this site - I spoke to the liquidator and that led to the return of funds - My broker said nothing - | tomboyb
25/7/2023 08:11 | It could well be a good return here tomboy, but should be much quicker (2 years). Depends how much they've held back for liquidation a other stuff. BONH has been a bit murky! | eezymunny
25/7/2023 08:10 | ta... No position, I had one similar. Adventis I think went bust, somebody took the listing and it came back as Reobold and 4 bagged. By the time I had noticed it was 5p having hit 9p but it came back around 1-2p so I'm sure I would have sold lower anyway. | dave4545
25/7/2023 08:08 | Eezy it'll be interesting to see what value they will get - I had a share delisted 10 years ago on AIM - 3K investment, 8 years later got back 11k - Mind u i had written it off - | tomboyb
25/7/2023 08:06 | No. Liquidation. | eezymunny
25/7/2023 08:05 | Is it becoming a shell ? | dave4545
25/7/2023 08:01 | I reckon min 1.2p/share was left over after tender (as a result of those not tendering), plus any further excess not required by liquidator. Unless some smelly stuff happens it's a great trade methinks, but we'll have to wait a year or two to see the proceeds. | eezymunny
25/7/2023 07:45 | 31st last day of trading yet Berstein has taken almost 8% stake here - Does he value the equity higher after share cancellation - I suspect so - | tomboyb
18/7/2023 13:24 | Tender has now closed so if buying today you will not get the 10p for 40% of your holding would be my interpretation. | darrin1471
17/7/2023 13:29 | So buy now at 3.5p and get more cash back at 10p on 40 per cent of your holding ? | value viper
07/7/2023 07:53 | Glad you got out okay VV :) We all live and learn ! BW Multi | multibagger
06/7/2023 18:25 | Fortunately multi I departed the shares a while back not that I made any money I recall you were cautious and you've been proved right Nonetheless I do not think anyone really expected this appalling finale I recall listening in to the lead manager at Downing saying 15p should have been a minimum with the business for sale Market conditions haven't helped of course but bonkers bargain this has proved not to be | value viper
01/7/2023 20:52 | Sorry to hear Value Viper - I recall warning people of the risks, not once but several times and you were unfortunately in no mood to listen / see the massive red flags. Scroll back on this thread and you will see. BB Posts on this thread starting from 2019 21,23,49,51,91,95,98 | multibagger
01/7/2023 02:41 | Thanks SidHave now read upTotally screwed by directors / getting value for shareholdersI recall instis looking for masses more than this - 15p type expectations To think where this traded before etc Wow | value viper
29/6/2023 06:30 | Value V Tender offer is 10p for 40% of one’s holding. So if you hold 10,000 shares you will get £400, leaving you with 6,000 in an unquoted company which will go into voluntary liquidation. My guess is that the voluntary liquidation will return a maximum of 1p per share for the remains holding or £60. So the total return might be £460 for your 10,000 shares. All this is subject to shareholder approval. Hope this helps! | sidam
28/6/2023 20:09 | 1p is all we get per share in the tender offer?? | bsharman3
08/6/2023 20:53 | A most shocking structure, don’t get it…….. | chrisdgb
08/6/2023 18:04 | Need to just take down their names for future reference... I actually exchanged emails with the company and could tell they were proper shifty and not giving us the full picture, yet built a position nonetheless and didn't push them any further! A learning experience... | samsj
08/6/2023 15:12 | "They´ve been so very poor at giving full disclosure of likely outcomes IMO." correct - they have effectively mislead the market and not done their jobs, and there is really no excuse for it afaics. Can you explain why anyone is buying above 4 and up to 4.6? | samsj |
