Sadly that is a very dull update No real indication at all of any operational improvements other than eyeing a couple of EventsHow is InvestmentNews trading for instance ? A company that cost them over £20million to buy Disappointing in summary and not surprised shares back downAlso - still no director buyingStarting to think this is a lifestyle co for the CEO also

I do not understand why all directors have (still) not bought any shares.The CEO in particular is massively underwater on his investment having paid multiples of the current price in the past.

The lowest ASK showcasing as I type, is now 16p - with 15.95p having been paid today at 1330hrs.

Looking good for an even more realistic share price, going forward.

Having acquired media assets for a combined value of more than £20m, and subsequently incurring substantial restructuring and integration costs, the current valuation of £11.5m (share price 11.75p) still looks totally bonkers to Investor's Champion, although that is up 50% in their original note.

Simon Stilwell, CEO and Sarah Thompson, CFO present the FY20 results. After a strong start to 2020, CV19 led to change in the operating environment, which transitioned the business to an increasingly digital-first business, with virtual events and product and revenue opportunities across the Group. BONH are confident of revenue growth of c 12% in 2021 and EBITDA of c £1.2m, ex any Government support. They have had a good start to 2021.

As investors champion recently reported - this is a very low valuation I actually believe the decent number of institutions invested here to be a positive - granted it means free float very low and stock very illiquidWith the outlook definitely mending why can't this significantly re rate ?
