Now BNN is a non listed company we just have to sit it out and wait. But the fact remains that there was significant cash in the business as confirmed by PWC and that there was a genuine and valuable business behind the troubles alleged. The new Chairman and non exec appear experienced and serious guys and they would have looked at the business thoroughly before committing themselves to it. Given the shares don't trade there was no benefit in MH suggesting that "shareholder value would be greatly enhanced" if a deal was concluded. He could have simply stated that the company was looking at all options before announcing what to do.

As an aside, it appears that you may be able to trade BNN as a spread bet on IG index. Up until last week the market was closed. A couple of days ago the icon changed to "Market open - call to deal". I wonder if they have heard whispers or are acting on a matched bargain basis? I haven't called them so it could just be a programming glitch.

Wow! I go out for a few hours & the troll boys go wild! What l would love to know from these guys why are you so worried that this company may return back to a market if non of you have any share interest? Completely baffles me... please explain, PJ, kite, Veg, Andy, wet & now JG wherever you’ve appeared from...? I await your responses & l don’t want to here, “were doing it to save you shareholders(sure)” or “we told you so(so what, it’s our money)”. please explain if you can?

Hi Perfect Choice,
For once I think we may be in agreement! I also think BNN may be acquired. Although I think it may be for 50p in the pound.

I suspect the (non RNS) announcement will read thus
“ the board of directors has found the best offer available to shareholders. Mercer&Co (make it up) is offering 10p / share in cash. We urge shareholders to accept this more than generous offer from our founder (or related party).”

The bit you will be asked to ignore is that BNN will have 2x the cash per share on the balance sheet to the price you are offered. Please do not let Mr Mercer and his cronies (Peter Krens at Mirabaud) accept this. I tried many times to warn you this is a pack of lies, and even DM’d Charles D’arcy to that effect. If you want your money back if a poor deal is offered my best solution would be to punlically show up the advisers (Mirabaud), NEDs and Chairman.

Good luck as I hate people being taken for a ride.

To be strict and11, the 9th February RNS stated future communication would be "The Board anticipates being able to update its shareholders shortly and will do so on Company's news page, at hxxp://www.bnntechnology.com/news-and-presentations."

So BNN will be using their website for future news. I notice the format of the web site has changed slightly, i.e. all previous market RNS's are now in a "RNS Historical" and future news will now be under "Company News".

As you can see I am still here and patiently waiting, not much point joining in the banter on here.

Agree though that BNN is actually alive and kicking and the next stage of news is coming due. Due Diligence then Board sign-off takes time. Personally I believe BNN will not exist in the Autumn since it will be acquired, others consider BNN will go bust by then or money spent by Directors. That's up to them and we shall soon find out.
