Decent short term target newman I would say, be it delivered through the acquired company share price I would say!!! May be painful for any short holders who haven't been able to close of course. A little more patience required and things will be much clearer. That's the trouble with a "news black out" during discussions. Lots actually happening but nothing can be said.

Hi ssc85, this matches other sources now becoming "active" on "indicating" news is almost here. Privacy/Confidentiality is paramount right now and I for one don't want any leak to put at risk the acquisition of BNN I'm expecting.

The key RNS mentioned negotiations with to USA listed companies. I have a view on who they could be and have names of 2 maybe 3 companies I feel they could be. But will hold back saying anything as know even at final stage, things can dislodge commitments, so this doesn't happen until the "ink is dry". But I do have a source to disclose my thoughts once this all becomes public knowledge if I am right of course. One thing this isn't is a management buyout as has been suggested and if I am right, you will be surprised of who and how well known, the acquiring business is.

That's' enough clues for now, sit and wait time and keep checking the company web site for a news update.

Yes Newman, had a call yesterday evening. They're effectively trying to get clearance to make an announcement, could be two hours, days or weeks but everything is lined up. I respect privacy too much to reveal more but just want to share some positivity - maybe even Credock is going to come out of this ok in the long run... ;)

A bit of a silly question, nobody can "save" anyone now, it's delisted and a private company!

What you could od is go back a year on this thread and look at what was being posted, and by whom, and ask yourself who the real "trolls" are!

Who was right and who was wrong?
