Loan must be paid off if they have re-instated mercer as a director.
As stated before In USA regulations no director can have a loan from a listed company on the USA stock market they work in.
With mercer owning 12% of the company and being a key part of the organ grinder I suspect he will have a new directorship in the new company.
Interesting weeks ahead

Auditors quit immediately for economic reasons. Mercer re-appointed. And still the blinded Bulls here prefer to believe in make believe news from proven fake news authors than deal with the facts.

Shouldn't shareholders really be contacting the Company and demanding an ending of any loans to Mercer, and a commitment that no more will be made? It is your cash invested here after all. Or maybe you are happy that it is lent to a previous illegally gambling loser?
