Delboy: “good post” wtf ? Get a life you sad loser clinging to hope of a couple of quid back from your diabolical decision to invest in DM. Hoping to find some mates on a forum that are equally as thick so you can all enjoy one another’s company and console yourselves in praying for a miracle. Delboy (and fellow mates), it’s over guys, do your homework next time. DM is smarter than you, a clever cookie, he knows the game far better than you lot, he’s had a fantasy lifestyle thanks to you losers, and it will carry on for ages to come. Smell the coffee. That’s reality. Looking for hope with fellow/losers isn’t gonna bring your cash back. Admit people like High and me were right, and then life will be a lot easier for you. PS: there are plenty of DMs out there (I know of a few of them).....mind how you go.

Redhill9: “known Mercer for years”? (Or not). Where on earth do you get that from? Which of my posts suggest that i do know the guy? I have told you I have never met the fella. So how you think I have recently posted something suggesting I have known DM for years is beyond me. In fact, I think you are a grade 1 idiot. Oh, and a liar. Regarding whether I have shares or not, I voluntarily stated in Feb that I was a non/holder. Big wow if coming clean is not something you are used to. All I know from guys up north is.....that DM has taken a lot of cash from locals, led a fantastic 6* lifestyle, taken DJI/BNN to the brink of stardom, failed each time, now owns a private company, and has AIM shareholders cash to do with what he wants coz it’s a private company again. If you (Redhill9) have money in this, tough. Tell me anything I have said that is proven to be incorrect about DM or BNN. Once you have realised your money is gone, then you will stop trolling people like me to cover for your investment acumen deficiencies. PS: a bit wet over here today so no jet ski this afternoon.

Still waiting for the update no diary of when to expect results or when Mercier payed his loan back .phaps this something to do with the other resignations sooner or later institutional investors will start asking questions phaps the last rns were to keep face with the investors but what we will be looking at for extra expenses claimed by director s and reason to claim them

I see wetwestwales is still a little confused. First it was remembering whether or not he is a shareholder (see below) now it is whether he's known Mercer for years (as claimed last week) or has never met him (again see below). Confused or just making it up as he goes along?

Just discovered this BB. Short term investor in BNN. Don't like what I am reading about prospects of recovery. It's been 5-6 weeks since listing suspended. No news. Do I admit defeat/loss or hope for sunny days ?

So, what you are saying is that a company cannot report existing trading whilst in potential corporate transactions with other companies, is that correct?


And if they do the SEC and FBI will put them in prison, correct?

Genises, Although I wouldn't expect results to be great anyway with everything that has gone on in the last 7 months...As a shareholder it is very frustrating. I get it, but we just have to wait for the news we hope will bring life back into this share.. One other thing to point out aim is a very lose poorly governed market which we've all clearly seen with this share & many other shares. The Nas I understand is a very different animal, no gossip or leaky news is acceptable in the States & brings big penalties to key officials of any company listed on this market....Custodial sentences can be brought upon Officials, so I expect everything being discussed is very hush hush.........I'm hoping this is the case with BNN currently.

Full results came out in April 2017 and previous year June.
Agree nothing will come out while talks continue.

Genises, full year results have previously come out in July! if there currently in discussions with interested parties, they certainly wont provide any number's while under any NDA.

Results are normally out this month.
I have been informed by Bnn they have till July to release them and no news can be released and our aware we would like a update

Again your making third hand comments about DM. You've already stated you don't know him, just what you've heard.. Not very compelling from a non holder. Are you sure your not a stalker!

Of course the money has gone (it will be going). DM has regained complete control of (now) a private company and has a 6* globetrotting lifestyle to lead. It’s what I have been saying for months.....follow the money. BNN £27m cash in the bank was always going to be a fantastic temptation for a guy like him. Whatever it takes, he will want his hands on the cash. Your cash.

What NDA prevents them updating shareholders on current trading conditions, revenues, and cash at the bank?

I agree , I have been under NDA myself ... however ... there is room to move within these restrictions and as long as no delicate information is leaked .

It does not do any harm to give a update to shareholders stating negotiations continue and advancing and further announcements are due in the coming weeks !

At least this would give us knowledge that a deal is still alive ...
Just my opinion .
