The Nomad was discharged due to the ridiculous rates being charged, which had been agreed by the ex- CFO as he was on his way out... total disgrace...

Has anyone else seen the explosive email that Mercer sent to the BNN Nomad before they departed the scam plc.

Truly shocking stuff but what do you expect from Mercer.

And11: what a dope you really are. Thick as mince. How many times do I have to tell you....I am NOT an investor. Never have been, never will be. Short or long term. I have been blessed with 3 daughters. On their lives, I am NOT an investor in anything DM has ever touched. I don’t know him, I have never met him. Now get that nonsense outta your head. But, my contacts up there are on him. He is a clever manipulative wrongun. Yep, a first class astute bad lad. Much more adept than you (and plenty more on here) will ever be. Mercer is a player. Out for himself and no-one else. High salary, huge expenses, smoke screen and mirrors. Total Ponzi scheme nonsense. He has got away with it for years and will continue to do so, so long as muppets like you plough dosh into his scams (oh, and believe in his faitytales). My contacts are livid about him and see this as a fraud. No wonder he needs a live-in bodyguard at times. His fiancé will not know the half about him. He is cute. Follow the money is what I have been warning. He now owns a private company (with lots of cash), has the keys to the til, has no need to deliver updates or financials, can do what he wants. Check out his pub (Peover Inns). Way-overdue on accounts. Lots of ccj’s. He doesn’t care. So long as he can lead his 6* globetrotting lifestyle on investors scam-cash. Far too clever for you quick-rich PE or VC lot (or private pension guys). And “13 yrs of business, or last 4 yrs RNS achievements”.....skutter, utter skutter. Go see a Doctor.....and get your fellow mates on here to stick an ice-cream cornet on their heads. You lot ain’t in the real world. Thick as mince.

One day a florist went to a barber for a haircut. After the cut, he asked about his bill, and the barber replied, 'I cannot accept money from you; I'm doing community service this week.'

The florist was pleased and left the shop. When the barber went to open his shop the next morning, there was a 'thank you' card and a dozen roses waiting for him at his door.

Later, a cop came in for a haircut, and when he tried to pay his bill, the barber again replied, 'I cannot accept money from you; I'm doing community service this week.'

The cop was happy and left the shop. The next morning when the barber went to open up, there was a 'thank you' card and a dozen donuts waiting for him at his door.
Then a chief exec came in for a haircut, and when he went to pay his bill, the barber again replied, 'I cannot accept money from you; I'm doing community service this week.'

The chief exec was very happy and left the shop. The next morning, when the barber went to open up, there were a dozen board members lined up waiting for a free haircut.

And that, my friends, illustrates the fundamental difference between the shareholders of our country and the people who run companies.

Touched a nerve wet! Mr Investor..Easy wet! The business is still operating after 13 years. If you care to read the last 4 years rns’s since listing you will find plenty of positive achievements & if you are a long term investor, which l suspect,you can go back a lot further. You are certainly one angry guy about DM. You can’t see anything else... l think you need help! 🤡🤡🤡🤡

And11: name the achievements by DM in DJI/BNN in the last 13yrs ? In fact, let’s make this game really easy for you....name just ONE achievement (nope, not the one obvious achievement: Mercer’s fantastic 6* luxury globetrotting lifestyle he has managed to achieve for himself). Name just ONE achievement of DM for a business or its investors in the past 13 yrs ? Take your time.......

PJ, that all depends on what you bought in at...profit or reduced loses unfortunately for some.

Andy, Yes l would certainly agree with that & this is one of the failing’s of aim & it’s lack of governance on aim companies & there executives..If BNN are heading to the Nas,governance will be considerably better.

Charles, we will see a return,
===================================================================================
Please clarify what you mean by a ''Return''

Do you mean a return (loss) via a 90% investing loss for example, or are you inferring a Return as a profit on investment?

and11,

This is a general comment, not BNN specific.

I would suggest the CEO in many small AIM and TSX listed companies holds too much sway and fellow directors and NED's are afraid to go against him as their tenure is often cut short as a result!

I have little faith in the director system at small companies, where, in effect, the CEO runs the company, and everyone else pretty much toes the line.

Charles, we will see a return, but maybe not what everyone was initially expecting or had been hoped for. Let’s not forget we had a CFO that resigned before he was pushed, a Chairman & Ned that put the business into voluntary suspension when this should of been handled internally. Yes! A lot is DM’s fault, but the other executive’s are as responsible....

Andy! I think he already knows, Hence his bitter grudge personally against DM & as we all know there has been many acheivenents by DJI & BNN in the 13 year period & there has certainly been some failings, particularly in the last 12 months..DM has certainly made a number of error of judgements, but the previous Chairman, CFO & his NED’s have a lot to answer for. Very poor from them in achieving anything..

Wet .

I am a shareholder unfortunately in this poorly run company .

I agree in hindsight on several fronts on what you say .

But I invested in the potential this company had in a huge market that is very difficult to enter .

What I didn’t appreciate was the poor way the company was being run which is mostly the reason we are in the position today .

The potential is still there but it is a slim chance that us shareholders stand a chance of any return now .
DM should be ashamed of himself raising such a huge amount of money only to squander the funds on himself and others and allowing himself to be seen as a crook in the shareholders eyes .

Perhaps you can list DM's successes over the last 13 years to show WWW how wrong he is?

Interesting wet! Now I’m understanding you a little more. Your an investor with a grudge.. you know too much, not to be invested...You could of got out still at a healthy profit under DJI, after the min period & you certainly could of made a good profit when BBN got to it’s peak! You poor little stalker. Oh dear....🤡29313;🤡313;

And11: utter garbage. First, as you should know, initial investors have a minimum period of time before they can off load their shares on AiM.....and DJI got stopped from trading (by the Chinese) just before that minimum period was up. Second, BNN gave them the opportunity to sell, but at a reduced rate (compared with the supposed DJI payout)......until the big sudden crash as a direct result of DMs unethical financial management and undeclared loan/bonus etc. Third, Mercer has achieved nothing in 13 yrs; he is a serial career business failure. Tell me any business he has been involved with that has ever made a penny profit ? The only thing he has been supremely successful at is spending other people’s money......on himself. Now go back to your darkened room and have a think about where you are in life. Idiot.

Wet if you know local investors you would also know on 2 separate occasions they’ve had the opportunities to get out with very healthy profits(greed & sour grapes comes to mind) we make our choices in life, play safe or take the risks...& by the way there is far more institutional money invested in BNN than anyone’s private investment! Not that it doesn’t count, but put this in perspective. I’m sure BNN are in close contact with the institutions about the way forward, unfortunately us private investors will have to sit & wait for the news that drives this business forward again. Like DM has managed to achieve on a number of occasions in the last 13 years...l still consider you a stalker, as you listern to 3rd party news, have no investment & attach DM without any real knowledge other than gossip from a few disgruntled investors, that you reckon to know.... all very amusing...for the real investor this will be back soon enough & hopefully deliver the returns we once expected. Hold the faith....
