Oh seriously, it’s been some weeks since I posted, but been watching from afar. Kite (and a few others), spot on as usual. When will (almost) the rest of you wake up and smell the coffee. Some of you must be very close to Mercer (And11/Myalterego/Ayesha/LowerP etc ?). Facts are DM “built” DJI from local investors, almost floated, morphed into BNN, AIM-ed, blew cash, great lifestyle, monster wages, huge expense account, crashed with loans/bonuses owing, back to private with (last report) £27m in the bank, and re-instated himself as MD with hands on the cheque book. It’s all about DM, his wage, his lifestyle, his perception, (even his model-fiancé). All paid for by investors. Kite is right. It’s a scam. He warned you, I warned you, a few others warned you, my contacts up in Cheshire warned me years ago. They have lost fortunes to DM. Wake up and smell the coffee. It’s a Ponzi scam. Show me one iota of evidence to prove I (we) am wrong.....? PS: I hear his pub is a ghost town, but DM still manages an Easter week in Barbados......thanks to you guys. PPS: weather lovely out here now.

You don't need it, you can deal directly with people on here, suggest you use brokers though to ensure all goes smoothly.

How much are you offering per share?

BNN is 3rd time unlucky for GENISES. He also owns shares in CICC & CICG. CICC was suspended from AIM in April 2014 and then delisted from AIM in May 2014 and CICG was suspended from the LSE in November 2015 and it's LSE listing was cancelled in May 2017.

GENISES sure knows how to pick them! He has a penchant for shares that are suspended from AIM & the LSE and never return despite lots of favourable noises from the companies involved. Let's hope that BNN breaks the mould and actually lives up to it's promise to relist, unlike CICC & CICG.

PS. GENISES tipped BNN (it was then DJI) to me back in 2016. Luckily I ignored his advice as I don't like having my savings tied up in suspended and delisted companies, unlike GENISES! :-)

and 11 hope you are right its just that have been on to the company and they no nothing only that the accounts are at the auditors get the feeling its pushing the can down the road again, do you think the F. C. A. should act to get the shareholders money back before its all spent
