12/10/2018 12:06 | anyone know about the "successful litigation" tweets ? | wiggle1
05/10/2018 21:46 | LOLsss I reckon you're a con man just like Leon | kryptonsnake
05/10/2018 21:24 | Reverse takeover, with what exactly?Wake up man.. BMR watch is a con | plat hunter
05/10/2018 21:18 | How do you know he's planning to buy a company? How do you know equity isn't being offered? What's to stop him doing a RTO? | kryptonsnake
05/10/2018 20:55 | Fireball, take him all day over me, i'm not bothered at all. I haven't lost any of your money or continue to keep spinning you lies, to keep you from tacking action in the crown court. If you fail to realise something that's so painfully obvious to the detriment of your own wealth then good for you, that's your look out. I'll still be here saying told you, so like i have been since last October :-P | plat hunter
05/10/2018 20:51 | Krypton, how can someone buy a company if the equity isn't being offered to them.. the equity is privately owned, Borrelli, can't broker deal for a new investor on behalf of existing owners who are not complicit. what fantasy world do you live in? | plat hunter
05/10/2018 17:57 | If there's one man we can trust to spend the money wisely it's Borrelli. His record is exceptional. Nearly £600k for a 15% stake in SZ sold c. 6 months later for potentially £100k cash and some shares in a co. who issue shares like confetti. £109k given to ACI for nothing in return. The future is bright. | banking_losses
05/10/2018 17:35 | Plat, the company doesn't need to be listed to make an acquisition. I hear they have plenty in the kitty after settling one of the legal disputes | kryptonsnake
05/10/2018 14:10 | Yes, LJC. Even though we have been through the mill here I'd take AB, rather than Plat Hunter, any day. At least you can take Borrelli seriously. | fireball xl5
05/10/2018 13:44 | Could be a RTO... | ljchandler
05/10/2018 13:33 | Krypton.. It wont be an acquisition as the company isn't listed, there isn't the means to purchase the required capital unless a broker can organise enough PI's for a private auction. If anything like what you said was to happen, which I very much doubt... then it would more likely be a cash call for a new issuance. Which would be very worrying as holders who would get no say, would get diluted even more after losing the assets without the opportunity of cutting their losses and walking away. What you have described, would not be good news for BMR PI's | plat hunter
05/10/2018 12:33 | Will Borrelli still be in charge? Potentially more money down the drain if he is. His credibility has been blown completely! | fireplace22
05/10/2018 12:23 | Looks like BMR isn't as dead as some might have thought An acquisition is being sought to enable re listing | kryptonsnake
02/10/2018 20:27 | lols I believe BMR Watch have alr eady starting to ask form money. Not surprised to learn that you are so wiling to keep getting shafted Krypton. | plat hunter

20/9/2018 09:40 | HE MUST HAVE HAD SOME COACHING FROM COLIN | deme1
19/9/2018 22:06 | Borrelli did a good job of mugging shareholders off. That's the only thing he's good at | kryptonsnake
19/9/2018 21:31 | Plat Hunter, I wish I shared your faith. The results here are the culmination of Borrelli's hard work these last 4 years. An absolute charlatan. It's going to be 2 or more years before JLP are producing the kind profit that would see BMR rewarded with its royalty I would rather that money were given to a drug addict than placed in the hands of Borrelli given his track record of burning through cash and buying high and selling low. No good will come for shareholders whilst Borrelli, Gardner-Hillman and Bird remain involved. | banking_losses
19/9/2018 12:27 | I actually think Borrelli did a good job for you guys.. All the angst against him is misplaced. BMR had a market capital of around 6 million and had burned through 25 million before Borrelli even arrived. The deals he has brokered (pending the success of Kabwe) will at least see most PI's receive most of their money back in due time. | plat hunter
16/9/2018 10:13 | Most likely he’ll dust himself off and without so much as an explanation we’ll be in a different sector with Borrelli acting as if nothing has ever happened and those that don’t trust him are just willfully blind to his expertise and brilliance. | banking_losses
16/9/2018 09:40 | When all is done and dusted and all the assets finally disposed off and with what little money we have banked will Borelli offer shareholders the opportunity to invest in a new get rich (not so quick) scam? He certainly seems to have the gall to! | fireplace22
16/9/2018 09:26 | Sincerely doubt we’ll see 12.5%, we’re skint with nothing left to trade with others so no doubt at some point Borrelli will trade off some of that 12.5% for a small immediate cash injection, just enough to cover a couple of the ever increasing annual salaries. Ester is another cool £1m, thereabouts. £100k for LSML and 15% of Star Zinc doesn’t leave me with high hopes of how much we can expect Borrelli to fight for value for shareholders. Only question left now is when/if JLP acquire EML 100% (when they’re happy with ZEMA terms for the licence has that been agreed) will they be getting that for nothing as well? Other silver linings are the outstanding HMRC bill for £374,350 which we may or may not have to pay. | banking_losses |
